This was a picture book released back in 64. You could read along while the record was playing. If I'm not mistaken, I think the photos in this book were from the World's Fair promo film.

To add to that, you can find this exact record picture book on eBay for under 10 bucks! I got mines yesterday for 4 bucks but paid 14 for the shipping! Worth it!
