Of all the reviews I've seen of this car done by an auto salesperson, this review is by far the best. Most salespeople are usually half-ass with their facts about this car, but this guy obviously did his homework. Strange enough, this beautiful American exotic hasn't increased in value, but solidly held it's value since 1997.

I have the Mullholland edition and it's fun as hell and being 2019 now and I still get looks and inquiries about this car and with it's styling people can't believe that it's a 2001 and say it was ahead of it's time when it came to styling. I agree and they are starting to go up in value!! Not super fast but fun to cruise around in and have fun on a hot summer day and as I do, pop into the odd car show and get hit with tonnes of questions and tonnes of compliments.

6:08 - This car was a victim of the times, but they could have moved the front shocks to the outside and stuffed the Viper V10 into the Prowler. THANK GOD powerful V8 engines have now gotten small enough to fit into a Prowler, and thanks to Superchargers and Turbochargers, V6 engines of today can crank out 400-600 Galloping Horses. So now there are ideal motor options available to "Hot Rod" the Hot Rod.

Audio is fine really. But you know, I think this is a better looking model than the 2004. That they're showing as well. The color scheme and tail lights, and this one's got the upped HP engine. This would be really cool with a 6spd stick! 👍🏻😄

The Prowler wasn't based off the Chip Foose Hemisfer. The actual idea came from a female intern Emile Bouret, who suggested a hot rod as a project. And the design was based off of Chrysler head designer Tom Gale 1933 open-wheel roadster.

I love the Prowlers. Say what you will about Chrysler, but they have a tendency to make some off the wall cars. This, the Hellcat twins, the Demon and a lot of other cars that were just very unconventional looking. Just wish it didn’t have the V6 and transmission from an Intrepid. But I love these cars especially in the Inca Gold.
