I was just watching a video of the Hallberg Rassy construction, and how they build the complete teak deck separately and then drop it down and adhere it to the decks. I'm guessing 932 screws in the bottle.

Your vids are always the best. Watching Tallulah grow up is such fun. Listening to Yosh describe what he is trying to accomplish on his projects makes it much easier to understand why he is doing it. Black smoke is probably from the extra fuel pumping in as you accellerate while the revs are still low ... the black disappears as the revs come up to match the fuel load going in ... looks pretty normal for all diesels to me

they'd use the screws to hold everything down until the glue set up.... then just left in place. I use this technique in cabinet/ furniture building. only use a nail to hold till glue sets....
