Dearest friends, all ingredients are in subtitles, so please turn on the subtitles and enjoy the video.🤗🤗Poorna - The nature girl ❤❤ ඉඟුරු ගැන පොඩ්ඩක්.. 🌿 ඉඟුරු කියන්නේ ඉතිං ලොකු පොඩි කියලා වෙනසක් නැතුව අපි කාටත් නිතර වුවමනා වෙන කුලුබඩුවක් ආහාර රසකාරකයක් වගේම රෝග රැසකට අත්බෙහෙතක් විදියට එදා සිටම අපේ ගෙවත්තෙහි වගාකරගන්න පුරුදු වෙලා ඉන්න ඉතා වටින ශාකයක්.මේ පඳුරක් ගෙදර පොඩි ඉඩක හරි වගා කරගන්නව නම් එහි වටිනකම කිව නොහැකි තරම් කියලා මං අමුතුවෙන් කියන්න ඕන නැහැනේ..උණ සෙම්ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාව ඇතුලුව රෝග රැසකට ඔසුවක් ලෙසත් අත්බෙහෙතක් ලෙසත් එදා සිටම ඉතා සුලභව ඉඟුරු යොදාගත්තා. මස් මාලු එලවලු බත් වගේ දේවල් වලට නම් ඉඟුරු නැතුවම බැරි උනත් මයිඤොක්කා එක්ක නම් ඉඟුරු ආහාරයට ගන්න හොද නෑ කියලා අපේ ආච්චි අම්මා කියනවා මට මතකයි. බොහෝ දෙනා දන්නේ කැඳ හදනකොට ඉඟුරු අල කෑල්ලක් කොටලා දානවා කියලා විතරයිනේ.ඒත් ඉගුරු කොල වලින් කොල කැඳ හදන්නත් පුලුවන්.‍රසවත් බවින් ටිකක් අඩු උනත් ගුණයෙන් නම් ඉතා ඉහළයි.මමත් මේවා දැන ගත්තේ අපේ තත්තාගෙන්.සාමාන්‍ය කොල කැඳ පිලියෙල කරගන්නා ආකාරයටම තමයි සකස්කරගන්නේ.ඉතින් ඔයාලත් හදලා බලන්නකෝ. ඒ වගේම තමයි ඉඟුරු අධිරුධිර පීඩනය ඇති අයටත් හරිම ගුණදායකයි.නිතර හිසරදය හැදෙන අයගෙන් වැඩි පිරිසකට හිසරදයට හේතුව තමයි සෙම. ඉතිං මෙයටත් හොද විසදුමක් තමයි නිතර ඉඟුරු මී පැණි පානය කරන එක.මේ ඉඟුරු කොත්තමල්ලි සමග හොදින් තම්බා පානය කිරීමෙන් ශරීරයේ ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණය වැඩිකර ගන්නටත් පුලුවන්.මේ දවස් වලනම් ඒ කාරණාව ගැන ඔයාලා හොදින් දන්නවා ඇතිනේ. ඒ වගේම තමයි ඉඟුරු අලයක් උණු අලු යට දමා තම්බා පොතු ඉවත් කර පෙති කපා මී පැණි සමග ආහාරයට ගත් විට ආහාර රුචිය වැඩිකරගන්න පුලුවන්.ඒකත් හොද අත්බෙහෙතක්.කාන්තාවන්ගේ ඔසප් වේදනා සමනයටත් ඉගුරු හොද පානයක් මෙන්ම සමේ පැහැපත් බව මෙන්ම තරුණ බව රැක ගැනීමටත් නිතර ඉඟුරු පානය ඉවහල් වෙනවා. මම මේ සදහන් කලේ ඉඟුරු වල වටිනාකම් කිහිපයක් පමණයි.මෙය මීටත් වඩා අපිට බොහෝ ප්‍රයෝජනවත් ශාකයක් බවනම් මට නිසැකයි.ඉතින් මේ තරම්දවස් ඉඟුරු කෑවේ කඩෙන්නම් බිදිලා ගිය මැටි හට්ටියකට පස් ටිකක් පුරවලා මේ ඉගුරු කෑල්ලක් හිටවලා තියාගන්න. සාමාන්‍යයෙන් පලදාව ගන්න මාස 8/10 විතර ගත උනත් මං මේ කිවුව දේ අද හෙට කලොත් ඔයාලට ඉස්සරහ දවසකදි අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ඒ දෙයින් ලොකු ප්‍රයෝජනයක් ලැබේවි.ඔයාලට හිතුන දේ මට කියලා යන්න. ඉතිං මං හැමදාමත් කියනවා වගේ උතුම් මනුෂ්‍යයෙක් විදියට මේ කෙටි ජීවිතය ගතකරන්න..💛 තව තවත් සොබාදහමට ලංවෙන්න.එය මගේ එකම පැතුමයි..♥️ තෙරුවන් සරණයි...!! ආදරණීය පූර්ණා ♥️ A little bit about Ginger Ginger is a very useful plant that we have always wanted.It has been used as a spice and as a herb.Ginger is a good hand remedy for Cold and Fever.Also It can be used to increase the daintiness of Curries like Meat and Fish.But I remember my grandmother saying that ginger and cassava combination could be harmful. Ginger is good for high blood pressure.Some of us have headaches because of our phlegmatic conditions.Drinking ginger with some honey is a good cure for that.Also ginger and coriander drink helps to increase our immune system. Keep some ginger under the hot ashes and clean it.Then slice it and eat them with honey.You can increase you appetite.Ginger drink also helps to reduce the pain of menstruation and protect skin.
