My mother, before she passed always emphasized the history of what we as African Americans have had in this country. It's because of her enforcing the knowledge and the respect for a generation that enforced that they too were God's children too and were deserving of Human rights. A stone I will always carry is the knowledge, the boldness, the suffering and the demand for equality. Thank you God!
