Greeks are not used to it. We are in a new era now of globalization & worldwide migration. Giannis integrated himself perfectly. Its a beautiful thing to see. And yes he is Greek. A Greek god Olympic talent 💗

We have had many athletes over the years from different backgrounds but the reason this is different is because he's a star. It also helps that he is very marketable.
@OuZi98913 жыл бұрын
Yeah greece like most of europe is massively racist unless you are marketable. Lol

I'm part Greek so I feel so happy for the reporter to interview Giannis. I always look for athletes with Greek surnames, & even though they might play on a rival team than the ones I support, I always hope they do well...🇬🇷🏒⚾️🏀🇬🇷😎

This is so racist. Why is it a big deal that he's Greek and speaks Greek?
@BIGGOODBOY5 жыл бұрын
Because there’s literally no black people in Greece.. what a stupid comment to say. America and Greece are different . America has mixed races, Greece doesn’t

toni g he’s Greek ya fucking moron
@dianarayo46635 жыл бұрын
It has nothing to do with his race. It has to do with his heritage and where he comes from. They wanted to honor the fact that he and the anchorman have the same family heritage and do the interview in his native tongue. This is honorable, not "racist". It must make him and his family very proud.
@jimmynorris13145 жыл бұрын
@@dianarayo4663 What you talking about heritage? You mean his race?
@dianarayo46635 жыл бұрын
Again.. Not about his race. Please go read a book and learn the difference. It has nothing to do with the way he looks (physical characteristics: hair, eyes, skin color - Race). This has EVERYTHING to do with where he is from; something he shares with the journalist (ancestry, language, culture - Ethnicity). Please, study something before making comments. It's clear you have a phone or computer. Put it to good use and learn something productive.
