I popped into your youtube channel a few days ago and start getting addicted to learn more anytime the youtube algorithm brought me to your channel.... and the more i learn about you and your family's adventure the more i admire you guys as a big family. A lovely wife, strong and responsible husband, adorable children, ..truly setting example for others.... If i were a movie producer, i would had rent your property for my movie.... perhaps, on your new property which i believe would be more beautiful landscape wise, it worth considering building a little (smaller) farm-house, apart from your main house, to be rented for tourists to experience a rural life in Russia. In any case, all my best wishes for you guys to have a successful and meaningful new journey for a farm business with a pleasant farm house for the whole family... 🙂🙏🏻

IF I had your skills, I would buy a land in Russia and *re-build this home / farm house exactly the same* , room by room, floor by floor. It would be the closest thing to you could do to picking up your home / farm house from Canada and bring it with you to Russia. 😅 🏠🐮🐄🐷🐑🐓🐔🦃

Smaller will be easier to maintain and could provide a margin of error too. With a lot of moving around over a short period of time must have been hard for your family esp. your wife. During still moments alone when you wonder if you have done the right thing. Reflect on HIS faithfulness in providing all you need, directing your steps, and bringing up opportunities. At that point you will recognize HE was with you & your family during every step. Praying for you Arend.

I was already on edge of tears for same reasons as you, but then I read your comment and I couldn't contain them because I wws going to say the same. So excited to see what God has in store for this family because I know that I know that I know, it's going to be awesome. When we step out in faith and obedience, I don't even have words to express how phenomenal it is the way God moves and sets things up. Way way better than anything we could dream up on our own. I really have come to love this family and my heart is in the same place.

Hi mate, I was watching some of your videos and I have come to a conclusion that you are like me.A person who was blessed by God to use his hands and brains and I think the best bet for you is to buy a block of land and build everything from the ground up. It might take a little bit longer but at the end of the day you can say” I did this” with the help of your wife and kids of course.🇿🇦🇦🇺🇬🇪🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺

I love this. It really blessed me to see someone else willing to 'give it all up' to see what the LORD has for you. I teared up a little as you walked through the house. We left what I thought was our forever home in 2020 for the perfect property. I still miss some of the things I designed and loved so much. We are still building this new homestead and enjoying the plentiful times right now. Will be praying for you guys! ❤

We heated with wood only. It took around 25 face cords to heat it

Топили дровами. Еденица измерения поленницы для дров в Канаде- a full cord. Это 128 кубических футов (3,62 м3). A face cord - это 1,4 от full cord Согласно поисковику цена одного face cords от $160 до $ 170. 25 face cords стоят $ 4000-4250 (это цена отопления за зимний сезон в год). Можно сравнить с российскими ценами на дрова, но дело в том что русская печь более энергоэффективна чем канадские камины поэтому я не буду делать эти расчёты.

@@violettanikonenko311 спасибо. Но с домом и отоплением не понятно, уж очень дом большой и холодный, а отопление примитивное. А климат там похуже НН. Замерзните! Если нужна автономка на дровах у нас сделали бы трубы с водой и ТЭН в резерв, теплоизоляции в 2 раза толще и тамбур. И окон поменьше и получше.
