It's arrived!! unboxing, passengers & Dcc fitting of Revolution trains inspection saloon 'Caroline'

hello this video is a unboxing of the new Revolution trains inspection saloon coach 'Caroline' , also fitting passengers and dcc fitting,
a very detailed model and looks amazing with the accurascale class 37409, I did have one of the horns loose in the box, unfortunately as I was fitting it back on it pinged out of the tweezers at light speed to a disdantion far far away somewhere in the train shed never to be seen again! so I'll have to email Revolution trains for a spare,

I remember the long table in Caroline where we used to pull in the sidings and have our launch. Happy days, but I'm retired from the railway now. BTW, there was ladies on board to prepare and serve our luanch.

A very nice model. I am not sure about the addition of passengers. So far as I am aware, the coach was for railway staff, typically during the transition from steam and the replacement of semaphore signals by colour light signals etc.

Thank you, the passengers are supposed to railway staff I just picked ones that looked close enough with what I had , I have seen them loads of people in , just thought it looked better than a empty coach ,

We had a loco at our workshop 4 years ago in eastleight its engine was on its side underneath the center of the body it was green was it one of thease and how much is this loco

@@danielbonham9336 Haha, I noticed that too! I had just watched Antman’s Scottish miscellany video which featured 37418 + Caroline and I noticed that all the horns were in place on the prototype! We are a sharp-eyed bunch, aren’t we?

Would you happen to know what functions control which lighting functions? I have bought the same decoder and can’t get the red tail lights to come on or the search lights. Help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Unfortunately not I have the same problem I have now bought a 4 function lais decoder with stay alive, once I have fitted it ill do a video update if it goes well

Hello I uses a dapol Imperium3 8 function decoder but couldn't get some of the lights to work properly so I emailed revolution trains and they told me it is set up for a 4 function decoder so I have bought a laisdcc decoder of ebay with stay alive and will be fitting it instead hope this helps

There are not any drivers in these vehicles, they are propelled buy a locomotive!
