A tip about garlic: we usually only plant the biggest clove from the middle of the bulb, as it has the most nutrients in it and will grow into a bigger bulb next year than the side cloves would :)
@rainsofhealing2 жыл бұрын
This intrigues me. I’m trying to picture this. Usually the largest cloves are on the outside and the smallest ones are in the inside/center. Where would one find the largest clove in the middle? Genuine question. I’m a huge garlic lover! Thanks

Pro tip from one of my favorite people in the world, Mr. Davidson, who happens to run a massive orchard; don't twist and pull to get your apple! The trick he taught me was "Eye to the sky" so you bend the stem as you lift the bottom of the apple up to the sunshine, something about that motion snaps them off super easy, and it's better for the longevity of the tree :)

I love watching your videos, and I am constantly amazed at your can-do attitude and the things you accomplish around your new homestead and the cabins. I think the little snakes might be redbelly snakes, and they are non-venomous. I am cautious with snakes in the wild until I can identify them, but for the most part I have no problem with snakes. Autumn in your area is beautiful. Autumn hasn't quite yet arrived where I live, but in a few weeks it will hopefully get started. That jigsaw puzzle towards the end of the video looks like a really fun puzzle. Take care! I look forward to more of your videos.
