I played this and the vanilla 3 since launch until 2014 and I never understood it. I played Dante Vergil(dead pool in vanilla) zero, but I never used that broken shit. Therefore I was barely positive with my record. Spamming and Vergil spiral swords abuse turned me off from this game.

From a casual standpoint this game was fantastic. The roster was brilliant; when I saw Amaterasu, Phoenix Wright and Spiderman fighting together, I had to buy the game despite being new to the genre. Introduced me to loads of new characters. :)

See my whole strategy was always level 3 X-factor comebacks. I would play with Strange on anchor, so I could just X factor and spam his pillar super. And then sometimes Dormamu up front to trap assists in his pillar special. I wasn't very good XD
