I love this series, gives me hope to do a complete tear down on my 1200N. Thanks man.

Hi Ian i would say headers, exhaust, yolks, forks then the wheels, yep your right its looking like a bike again and i'm with everyone else "i can't wait to see the start up" it has to be live recorded and don't edit any grizzly bits out it has to be as it is weather it starts or not ha ha, i love these videos on a Sunday night i get in have a glass or two of whisky and watch intensively....

Hi Skoots, Might have something different lined up for the front end but nothing set in stone just yet. Loving the idea for the first start, I might even try and do a proper live broadcast straight from the garage at 9pm (bet the neighbours will love me 😂) what could possibly go wrong 🙈

Cheers Adam, Kyle's idea would make it look more complete, can't wait to fire it up!

Another good video, I think you should get the front end all on and same with the rear, me and my dad are rebuilding his Amber brown bandit just now and that’s the stage we’re at

Cheers Kyle, might have to hold fire on the front end but think I'll get the back wheel in soon

You can put the tank and fairings back on, wed like to see what you’ve gone for, paint wise. Haha

Don't to give too much away but paint wise it hasn't gone to plan, might be one of the last videos it's covered in

Classic motorbikes ahhh well, it’s the beauty of any build isn’t it? If nothing went wrong, we’d all be doing it and it’ll be boring then! Haha Hope you get her sorted and can’t wait for that video! Keep up the great work!

Same here Colin wouldn't have it any other way, I'm not sure MD knows might have to ride a paddock bike at this rate!

Sticking with the stock shock? Rebuilding the forks with Racetech gold valves or similar?
@Classicmotorbikes4 жыл бұрын
The stock shock is new from Series 1 and works great for me on the road. I haven't rebuild the forks with any after market parts, but I do fit a USD front end that I adjust to work for me on the road.

Might of missed it. What tools did you use to get the exhaust header bolts out? Doing my B6 in the near future and some of them look really tight to get at. Cheers and luv the show
@Classicmotorbikes6 жыл бұрын
Hi Olaf, I think I showed it in the video with me stripping the bike down but I use a 3/8th allen key socket if that makes any sense
@randomrides6 жыл бұрын
I can't wait for you to get the ignition side of things sorted and some fuel and start it!!!! What's the plan for the headers/can...standard or the old system or something fancy?? Last few days have been warm and I haven't been off mine 😎 Great video again thank you.

Just a little jealous, would have loved to have been out on the bike but as you can see needs a couple bits and bobs 😱 I'm going to stick with the Max Torque Cans 4-2-1 full system they made for the bike last year as it made good power on the dyno and I love how it looks on the bike
