I'm sure some of the fentanyl traffic is from illegals bringing it across, but it is well documented that the bulk of fentanyl coming from Mexico is being brought over by American citizens. Her solution was to go to other countries and manage their civil society, to 'teach' them not to make fentanyl. The Democrat solution is to step on the sovereign rights of another country, while ignoring their own responsibilities to the people they serve. She seriously thinks American taxpayer money is best spent improving life in the 100+ countries which migrants come from. She has no clue what her job is.
