"There is a competitive race among tech leaders..." And there lies the rub. While everyone still seems to believe and assume that self-interest and competition are the best basis voor a healthy economy, nothing could be farther from the truth. What this economy does, is push boundaries that would never be pushed like this in a healthy economy because it is not in the interest of society. Quantum computing and pushing AI to the limit is not about the good it might bring for mankind, but about money and power, and people going crazy because they might 'lose' the race, while in a healthy economy people's primary focus would be on sustaining society and humanity because that's what the economy is actually for, but that is not at all what we see happening. Even war, a sensation of lack, and sickness are regularly more interesting for the big industries that profit from it, than peace, prosperity, and healthy people.

idk the flip side is bad as well just people dug into their ways never changing and adapting which is the problem really our governments are slow and they are not adapting to the new pace.

@@zachmoyer1849 A different kind of economy will also provoke a different state of humanity and different values. Without realizing it, you are suggesting that people will react to this in the way they are reacting now within the current system whenever they are not pushed. That is a mistake that many make because they find it impossible to imagine how it would be under different circumstance. But if you just look at how human psychology really works, you will find that people tend to dig into their ways precisely because of how our current economy functions. In other words, this flip side you mention is actually a reaction to, and a consequence of the current economy. Also, the governments are slow (and getting slower and slower) because of the tremendous accumulation of laws and bureaucracy, which is necessary to correct the one sidedness of the current economy. This explains, for example, the large percentage of fiscal laws, compared to the percentage of common laws. A healthy and self-correcting economy that is actually working for the benefit of society will not need that kind and amount of legal correcting to make it function fairly and honestly.

​@@mh60648 I agree with you on the points of contention, but I don't see it the same way. The government is slow, not because it needs all those rules, but because it refuses to get rid of them. We should be eliminating laws as fast as we make them; they should not be adding up. There is no such thing as a self-correcting economy; it's all about regulations that make it fair. However, if you don't eliminate ones that unfairly help, for example, a legacy company, that is the problem. You back yourself into a corner where new regulation doesn't do anything.

​@@zachmoyer1849 If the economy changes, the governments will also change because they are currently linked in ways they should not be linked. The reason our governments are the way the are right now is because of the economy, and not the other way around, which in effect makes the economy our 'government', and not our so-called governments. A fully self-correcting economy is indeed impossible because its goal should always be to sustain society, which means society will always correct the course of a healthy economy. What I am referring to with 'self-correcting' is that it will not need to be constantly and accumulatively corrected by these huge amounts of laws once the actual focus is to sustain society. When the actual focus is on the people (which would be a first, by the way). To change the economy, obviously you need to change the laws as well because we do not need the amount of laws we have accumulated for this economy, if we organize one that is truly focused on sustaining society. That requires a major change throughout society, which starts with full awareness about the actual problem we are facing.

​@@mh60648 I'm not sure if I entirely understood what you said. Maybe we need to add a "snapshot" layer whose only job is to create a complete dataset. It's like optimizing frames per second. A video can't be constantly rendered, or it will be blurry. Instead, you need set frames to be displayed in order to have a coherent video and the faster you can do that the more seamless the playback.
