Anitra! I’m so sorry about your miscarriage, it’s so good to see you back. I’ve followed you since before Uriah was even born and your vlogs always kept me going through the toughest times, I aspired to have a family like yours, so full of love and just beautiful. I work in a preschool and to be honest they don’t clean the way they say they do and the majority of the time they’re playing and not learning. Maybe that’s just where I work but I think you have better control doing it the way you’re doing it.

I agree . My sons daycare said that somebody had been exposed . They closed the daycare for a few days , but I never intended to bring him back anyways . He hasn’t been there since this thing started . I feel like I made the right choice

Uriah is the sweetest baby boy ever, he talks so well. I owned and operated a childcare center for 9 years and I always tell parents who are looking for quality care, it is a feeling you get on the inside, I always say the feeling is like when you find that perfect wedding dress or when you find the perfect home when house hunting, it is a feeling on the inside you will know and your child will also give indicators!!! Follow your gut instincts, because Uriah is precious cargo!!! So glad you all are back!!! It was so refreshing to see you and the fam!!! Peace,blessings,much and continued success!!!!

We toured a preschool academy in February with intentions of sending Lucas this month, but then I found out I wouldn't get that tuition deposit back if they had to closed. So pray for this mama cause I'm gonna homeschool until next school year. The porch is gorgeous!😊💞

I have grown children, so none of mine would be attending brick and mortar schools but all things considered if u don’t have to I would wait till spring when hopefully all would be clear from the pandemic. Having someone come in sounds great to teach😄.

Love you nitra, you’re so sweet and nurturing and a great wife and mother. Uriah is Colton’s twin it’s also a program called Waterford upstart and it’s free they send you a laptop as well it’s for preschool aged kids I signed my daughter up because due to the school she was in not opening right now I wanted to start her with doing something and the only thing the program ask is that you do 15 -20 minutes a day in order to keep them enrolled

Yes! 😊 Waterford is good. Some schools also use that program as "freetime" for their students. Also, although this program cost (inexpensive) you may like to try out iXL. It starts @ PreK as well. And let's just say this, my now 5 year old knew how to add & subtract @ age 4. She picked up on it quick. And, she knows how to read on a 1st grade level. And if she keeps up at the rate she's at she'll be on a 2nd grade level by the end of this school year.

Hi Nitraa , Teacher Supply stores are a good resource for getting Workbooks, Curriculum, School supplies etc. and most are open to the public. Also the Library may be a wonderful resource as well. Take good care.

Y’all are great parents so God will guide you to the best fit for Uriah. ❤️ We also wanted our toddler in school this year but decided to give up our spot back in July because rona was too uncertain for us, so I definitely understand y’all’s dilemma. I doubt I’ll feel comfortable sending our son back to school til at least next summer but thankfully he loves being home anyway.

@ Nasgee moloto...How can you contact trace a teacher coming into your home?What if the teacher is going from home to home and come exposed shows no symptoms and next stop is Nitraa house or the teacher has a relative at home that has or had C19 Do you think the teacher is gonna stop doing home visits? You would hope so.But One really Can't know! All I know its just too soon to trust ppl coming into our homes teaching our 3 yr olds.Be kind Be safe and move cautiously and carefully and most all be Prayed up and take lots of Vitamins and herbs and stay active!!!

Welcome back! As an educator, I just wanted to say that I think that you could continue to work with Uriah until this pandemic dies down. I don't think you want anyone to be coming in and out of your home at this time. He's three and you can tell he's very observant and speaks really well. You and Colton can do it. He has plenty of time to get socialized with other kids.

Mama you are doing great! I have 3 under 8 and yes we had some drama today with the school. I am completely on my children not stepping a foot in a school until this is over. I taught my first 2 and my 2 yr old daughter I am starting to teach her more. I have a bachelor's degree in Early childhood Education so if I have to homeschool myself I will. I think that bringing someone in is good just make sure you check temperature before entering and always wash hands throughout and before interaction with Uriah. Most educational philosophy say that children learn through play and that they learn also with repetition. Another tip bath and body got spray sanitizer and we spray our children toys before we give it to them. You got this mama and do what is best for you and your blessed family. Welcome back NitrraB... lobg time no see i thought for a minute that you quit you tuber... and wow your son hair really growing.. and my son when he was toddler he went to pre school at age 3 and 4yrs old. He went for two years. And he was way ahead of the class and when he did graduate from high school and went 6 yrs of college graduates and got his B.S degree he is now a 6.6 very smart young man now .. he a supervisor now at his job. So yes it pay off of early learning for toddlers at early age..

As a Kindergarten teacher, I think it’s a great idea when parents place their kids in some form of schooling before kindergarten. It allows the child to experience being with other kids, teachers and a little bit of “school rules”. It also helps them learn a few basic academics, depending on what they are learning at home. When the kids come into the class already having a little head start, it’s a smoother process as we prepare them for 1st grade. Kudos to you, even if it’s only 2-3 days a week. No matter when you decide to send him in the future. ❤️

He is soooo cute hes growing up wonderfully. My son is due to start Kindergarten this year I did opt to have him go twice a week and online the rest of the days. Because its important for him and his learning development. I'm a healthcare worker and I even had to resign from my clinic job to work @ the Hospital during the night so I can manage his school schedule. Not to mention I just had a babygirl in April.
