Happy Friday! I tried the yogurt/pudding mix. Although it was good, it made my mouth dry. Not sure what that was about. The salad looked real good!! I'm guilty as well of using the oven for storage of my cookie sheets & muffins pans. Enjoy your day on purpose

The spray has the same calories. You just use less per spray. The more you spray the more calories you add. Instead of an instant 120 cal per tbsp. You may have used 20-30 cal per small spray. FYI lesson learned from doing the absolute most
