Whenever I move (I've already moved a lot) I'm always sooo slow of putting my space together! I moved a few months ago and still need to decorate a bit and even unbox some stuff.. 🙈 I did have an excuse though for the first 3months because I had surgery and couldn't lift/move anything but now, it's time to get of rid of my laziness lol. Keep showing your apartment and the improvements and it gives me a boost 💪🏼

That pile of clothes gets bigger and bigger. I used to have a similar problem but now not as bad. I developed a routine where before bed that my room had to be clean. Takes approx 5 minutes clearing now before hopping into bed makes a difference. You also wake up in the morning with a fresh start so to speak. Only thing to do is make your bed. :) thanks for the upload!!

Yes, 20 grams sugar is excessive for a nut mylk drink. Just be aware that vegans tend to consume more carbs/sugar. Finding the balance with macro nutrients, sugars and protein can be tricky. xoxo !

I used to have back pain and I read that cutting back your sugar intake could help. I figured it couldn't hurt to try. It did help some. I think it was good for me because I realized how much added sugar there was in things I had thought were healthy. The average woman should have a maximum of 25 grams of sugar per day. Anyways just thought I'd share. Love your apartment and your style 😊
