Thank you so much Kavita for your kind words.I'm doing so much better, there were some really dark days there at first, I was bed bound, in shock that I no longer knew my own body! I loved to do my own hair and I LOVE to dance, couldn't do any of that, I was soo sad, my children were amazing tho!😊 They were so strong for me, especially my oldest,Deja, she just stepped in and took over,My family started calling her the colonial lol!💕So, I was in bed,googling info about SCI and C&C popped up and oh my goodness!😊😊😊I was so happy to see such strength and love. My faith is of great importance to me too, I was given a fire🔥 in my spirit and encouragement from Cole and Charisma. I'm a lot better now, accepting that some things have changed and that life DOES go on.😊I watch them whenever they post, especially when I was so sad, the positivity along with my faith was a source of healing for me. 10:19 I'm surprised you picked this modern type of interior door, and the first choice for a front door was very traditional. Which I was surprised Charisma picked that it didn't seem like her style. Since you've decided to wait on the front and ramp, check out a few other styles of front doors that will go more in line with what y'all are doing in the house.

Hi guys! I m back … I ve missed a lot … reviewing some vids … anyway Congrats ! on the CA house purchase …you may want to check on the wiring …at some point decades ago they were substituting the copper it may be a good idea to redo the wiring while mid demo because it might be cheaper while many walls are already exposed… old wiring the old rope or aluminum can be inefficient and a fire hazard if too old and worn out… just something to consider …

This is so very exciting!! I couldn't be any happier for the both of you and Sophie girl, too.🥳🍾 Now that demo is completed and the home is ready for drywall, everything will be moving super fast. You'll daily see your ideas coming to life. 😁 And you're so very right, so many small little details for things like cabinet hardware to light switch and wall electrical outlet covers all have to be decided on, right along with all the big design decisions. So we ended up putting in a full sized island with cabinets and bar that fits three full sized bar chairs chairs but on casters. The casters lock so we can lock it in position but when we want to move it or need more space we can. Since you have such an open space it may be nice to be able to move it around and use it as an actual bar in the living area when entertaining plus if you have more than one person in a chair in your home you can open up the kitchen since that can be a natural congregating area.

Are the builders checking the drainage around the house too? I noticed the mould growth along the bottom of your outside walls. Poor drainage will not only damage the house but will also draw termites in.
