Theo and Bee gave up their busy city lifestyles in 2014 to explore alternative living, and have lived in vans and boats since then without looking back! Along with their cat Ginjey Bear they have been driving around the world in their self converted Sprinter van. However, when the global pandemic hit they began converting their abandoned stone barn in Central Portugal to turn into a wonderful tiny stone cottage. Along the way, they have rescued a playful cat called Furrnando and have a wonderful flock of Chickens!

Well I'm so glad to hear you got the 2 way radio in case of emergency. My poor old boy was up on the back 40 cutting firewood when he slipped, turned his ankle, the tree fell his way, and he broke his leg. When he didn't come in for lunch, I called the neighbor who organized a search party and found him within an hour of leaving our house. The poor guy went to hospital and got to spend 2 days. They said at his age, and the temps dropping here so fast, they were surprised he didn't get dehydrated and frost bite. The whole hospital stay, he thought of Theo and his high country rambles. You guys both stay safe, be careful and know these elders in New Mexico US are thinking and praying for you kids. Bea we miss your smile, your laugh and your teasing of Theo...we also miss your animals. Know we understand your absence, and hope you know we support you.

That was so nice from Reolink to send you some new ones and amazing that survived camera! We were also buying some for our resort but unfortunately Reolink said that they can't guarantee their cameras would survive in Finnish winter, so we had to cancel the order. But their cameras indeed sound great, just wishing they could do well in the freezing conditions.
