When I used to work with parents and they were having a hard time the first few months, I would always tell them that the 5th month will be magical - things really start to change and babies really start coming into their own. Sadie actually seems a bit ahead of schedule. So fun to watch.

Whoever said you need to know trigonometry to build a domed pizza oven never met Jordan. The oven looks amazing, and I can't wait to see the pizzas, breads and cakes coming out of it. Yall need a playpen you can put the baby in outside and cover the top with a sheet to block the sun. She needs to be constantly working her muscles to learn to crawl and walk and that isn't going to happen with her hanging off of you two. When my daughter got to where she could walk I bought a fence that was in sections and you could make it small or big it was put together with rods to hold sections together. Then I could do things outside and not have to worry where she was. The johnny jump up you are using was my daughter's favorite. I hung it in a door frame and she was happy for hours and it is good for their legs.

The way you appreciate all of the animals, the sunsets, the drive into town, the little things involving the entire lifestyle shows that you are living your dream. Living your best life. Not many people can say they are doing that. Blessed is the word that comes to mind. I also love how you and Jordan use attachment parenting style with baby Sadie. "Baby wearing" her is the perfect way to create a deep connection and bond based in love which gives her security. If she feels secure, you're recognising her language cues and your meeting her needs (emotional, physical, social etc) she is going to grow up one strong little lady with an abundance of self worth and self esteem. You both are amazing. Living a purposeful life together, loving each other as you raise Sadie. You're both amazing role models for her. Kaylee showing her how to be a strong, nurturing and capable woman and Jordan showing her how a real man treats a woman. Love wins every time.
