This year's 100m is seriously hard to predict. In fact, the field is so deep, I wouldn't even be surprised if some of the athletes we consider in the top 10 right now don't make it into the finals. Now I'd be shocked if Lyles or Seville would be among them, but depending on who is in what qualifying round I can potentially see someone like Omanyala, Tebogo, Jacobs or Kerley going out in one of the rounds. The lineup in the finals might look very different from what we're expecting right now.

If conditions are good and Kishane can hold his nerve then it will take at least 9.6'ish' to beat him. I think Kishane will probably run faster in the semis ...BUT, Experience 'might' prevail so I'm going for Lyles 9.72 Kishane 9.78 Seville 9.82 but its not a confident pick. 200m Lyles 19.39 Bednarek 19.47 Tebogo 19.67

Bro that's a very distorted news by the English-speaking media who've been very salty to see an Italian winning the 100m. There are two people involved here: Giacomo Spazzini (Jacobs' consultant) and Antonio Armiento (a guy who used to regularly cooperate with Spazzini). Spazzini was accused of illegal steroids trafficking, but he eventually got cleared of all charges, while Armiento was caught up operating without a license and, in doing so, damaged Spazzini. And then, for your information, he actually is talented as he was very promising in long jumping and had he always trained on sprinting only, rather than switching to it only in 2019 at 25, we could've talked about a multiple world champion.
@Page1travelfitness2 ай бұрын
@@mattiamelara29 bro there’s nothing disturbing about the truth, during the Covid lockdown Jacobs wasn’t being tested like other athletes Italy was in a complete lockdown, then all of a sudden he hires a steroid dealer as his nutritionists a few months later he became Olympic champion if that happened with any other athlete wouldn’t you scratch your head?
@mattiamelara292 ай бұрын
@@Page1travelfitness You're misinformed and I've been clear enough in my previous reply. Jacobs is clean, whether you like it or not. He wasn't even a full-time sprinter up until 5 years ago, but was a very interesting long jumper before a severe injury which led him to switch to sprinting. His success is due to a top mental condition (which he never had before), a unique training with the aid of cars with a shield to reduce air resistance, and so on.
