Ah yes this was the big Buddie moment when Buck met Christopher!

"You two look like an adorable couple in a Target ad" is wildly specific and also accurate 😂😂

I really liked Athena's reasoning for not taking the promotion. She's happy in her current job and as she's grown she's defined for herself what success means to her. And then Bobby's response of, "I don't think it's wrong to be happy with what you have and feel satisfied that its enough" is so important. It feels like society kind of pushes climbing the ladder at work as the only metric of success. I've been pushed into taking promotions because "that's what you're supposed to do" and every time have ended up in jobs I hated. I feel like this episode has really given me the tools I need to push back against that attitude in the future.

Fun fact: Aylin Bayramoglu, who played Tanya, the woman who called for her friend in the tailpipe, was a runner-up on the Glee Project finishing behind Blake Jenner (who plays Ryder) and Ali Stoker (who played Betty Pillsbury in the not-wedding episode in season 4).

ngl I always thought Tatiana did the most responsible thing, like maybe she couldve left a note, but both her and chimney would've played that game forever if she didn't cut it off. terrible timing for sure but that's what it took for both of them to stop lying to themselves and each other lol.

Once I fell face first on to escalator steps. My open mouth right on the corner of the steps. Cut my face wide open. Blood everywhere. That was bad enough... I can't imagine falling into the mechanism!

Something happened similarly in real life, I think. A mom and her child were on the escalator and the mom pushed the kid to safety before she fell in

And this is why i hate escalators. And love Buddie
