Not really tbh it makes sense when you hear them both talk about it as they have over the year. She feels safe with him knowing he’d never actually hurt her vs some random dude who she barely knows being cast as Doug. Granted, she didn’t even ask for him to be cast and was the lady one to find out about it.

I love the Buddie moment with them being mistaken as a family with Christopher! Also right there with you Buck at tearing up 🥹 at those Army reunions 🥹🥹🥹. It hits hard since I’m an Army brat

you know it's kind of funny that Buck is portrayed as a slob in this episode (for the funny bit of going from Chimney to Maddie's place) cause his room (he lived in a house with roommates) was spotless, same with his loft he gets later this season.

Maddie's ex is her real life husband,I read in someplace that she ask for it because she would be more comfortable with him. I love this episode,the proposal,Eddie and Buck with Christopher,but Doug makes me really like nope...

So in her mind she was going to work and reading these pages about Maddie and Doug thinking it was someone other than her husband, so she knew she would have to trust whoever the studio casted

In reference to your question about cargo planes still having seats, the answer is "sometimes, but generally no." Most cargo planes are dedicated cargo planes, though there are some that are hybrid cargo-passenger planes. One of the reasons for this is that the safety requirements for passenger planes are more stringent than they are for those that carry purely cargo. You'll often find planes that carry passengers until they reach a certain age and are then fully converted for new life as a cargo plane. There's no way that box guy would have been loaded on the plane, that cargo is getting scanned just as much as carry on luggage . I know this show isnt super realistic or anything, but airport guys must have been asleep at the wheel
