It’s so long and tedious. It would have gone better with illustrations of their fireballs from the sky than those two miserable looking long-faced people who faced one another from individual close twin beds divided by a piece of plywood or whatever it was. Made me think of the old “I Love Lucy” black and white TV shows where husband and wife could not be seen in the same bed.

Wow, going to college is SO wrong and against the bible..... It should be illegal to imply to kids they shouldn't go to college. I know a young man recently baptized who testified proudly about turning down a college offer in the assembly, and his family is POOR. He could learn things and change his life, but is too afraid of being contaminated with "worldly people". Teach kids to be brave and strong! How about that?

But then you get drained of energy and have to rest and balance. My brother is a JW still but he’s in his 80’s and I want him to get out so badly because he’s so depressed. At the same time, it’s his only HOPE of seeing his wife again in Paradise, so I can’t imagine even risking even praying he’ll come away because he’s dedicated his life to WT. You have to give up ayour once happy life. The genuine Christian conversion is a very happy event and the person is full of joy and looking forward to a fruitful, spiritual life and assurance. Agreed ,family and friends wont join or agree but they remain family and friends. ! Watchtower is not advancing the Gospel which is the good news but continues to defend their warped evil doctrines.

Great episode! This emotive song is an incredible low from jdub. What I find amazing is rather than deputing scientific arguments all they have left is to resort to emotional manipulation . In the past at least they tried a ‘form’ of reasoning with books like the create book.😂 They are clever because what witnesses will do is ‘reason’ on this, when all they will be actually doing is using ‘intuitive reasoning manipulated by their emotion. They are turning into happy clappers! Crazy I used to be one of them!

Cringey. Tapped out at the 5 second mark. Can't stand it. They're circling the drain.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnrEdHSrbZprrdk that is the JW's happy face as I have seen it countless times. True happiness cannot exist when you think that this life isn't the real life.

So we not researching and using evidence to show that our doubts are unnecessary; we are ignoring questions and doubts instead. Doesn’t the bible say “study to show yourself approved “ ( I think) and “ faith without works is dead “ ; it doesn’t appear to encourage anyone to believe anything blindly ( my opinion) especially man’s interpretation of the bible

Richard Dawkins makes an interesting observation in The God Delusion (Dawkins, 2006, p. 137 - 138). He states that the estimate of planets in the universe is a billion billion. He suggests that even if life originating spontaneously is the astronomical chance of 1 in a billion, that would still leave a billion planets on which life has potentially originated. This makes the girl scribbling on a piece of paper with a colored marker look like a simpleton. In fact, the whole organization looks simple-minded in this video. No evidence for their claims, just the hollow dictum to just believe and push any doubts away.
