In my life I've learned that you should have at least one, if not more, people like you coach Greg. Someone who is willing to tell you the honest truth. To keep you humble and to let you know when you are fn up. Luckily, I have couple of friends like that. they do keep me grounded and I am very grateful for their authenticity. They can be a little blunt at times, but I know they are coming from a place of friendship. I know this isn't a Togi video, but if I was one of his parents, I would be extremely grateful for your videos on him, because he needs to hear it and it may one day sink in and he'll stop, and hopefully extend his life. Also, I watch some of your videos with my teenage son. I thought it was important for him to hear the bad and ugly side of steroids, since I believe some of the kids in his school take them. I believe this because at our local gym, I've seen some of these kids wear shirts that say "I Love Tren," and some kids are so big that they look like they are on a cycle. I try to be an example to my kids, and they see I take natural supplements. I am grateful for the information you provide and the honesty. Keep it up coach.

Discovering my optimum dosage while on PED's I was equally as volatile. It wasn't necessarily that I was walking around desiring to fk and smash everything, it was the volitivity, and how I would internally explode/cry over the most trivial things. I'm an exceedingly patient person; I live in Tokyo and have a successful marriage to a Mainlander if this is an indicator, (anyone who's spent any meaningful time with a *REAL* Chinese person will instantly sympathize) and the smallest things would set me off. Someone stare at me too long as I was walking past, petty disputes, and or arguments would inevitably lead to me internalizing a desire to physically harm whomever I was in a completely avoidable conflict with. Given my dysmorphia, someone could say *"Hey Thomas your abs are looking a little shallow today"* and I wouldn't eat for two days, or do extra sets of cardio; then go home feeling like I wanted to cry. Ultimately, with me, it exasperated issues I had in regards to my temperament. This became apparent in what I can only explain as a *"God complex."* I had went to the gym daily for the better part of a decade, and at my peak was 255lb at 9%-12% body fat. Every singly day I was exceeding plateaus that my physiology had limited me to for years. I felt as I could have picked up the rack, and crushed into a ball. Every day I was setting PR's, and it makes you feel like a superhero and the strength is what you become addicted to. My ego was revolting, and I'm so glad that for the most part I internalized these flaws. Sleep was virtually nonexistent, and I never touched TREN. Because of this I'd randomly visit a 24 hr gym at 2-4 am; while having to work the next day, multiple times per week. Tbh I still have issues sleeping, and I've always wondered if its a residual side effect of PED's. In regards to the *"dominance hierarchy"* no truer words have ever been spoken. I was a clinical narcissist, and would cultivate this self righteous attitude in attempts to diminish the aspects of my life that I did not agree with. *"I'm 6'5, have a graduate deg in the field of Physics and have a yuge D. Wtf are pleb?"* Yet, I'd find myself laying in bed, thinking for days, or literal weeks about the most irrelevant, interaction I randomly had with a particular person, whom I had perceived wronged me in some way. I remember a physician gave me a back handed compliment about my physique, that I let slide, and I sht you not for the next year I obsessed daily over how I had allowed this cuck to disrespect me. Countless times I replayed the incident in my head on how I should of responded, what I could have and should have done. This is just one of countless scenarios, and mentally PED's really take a toll on your physiology. This was while I was in my mid 20's, and I suspect these issues would be compounded exponentially if you are a teen. Thankfully I'm a pretty level headed person, but I had some friends I watched slide off into the deep end.
@antitheziz7173 ай бұрын
Total sympathy on all fronts. It's such a damn shame how well tren works, or halo. Or anything else that is particularly androgenic. You are somehow a demigod and frightened and paranoid and insecure all at the same time, you are a God among mere mortals, but somehow your old lady is just dying to cheat....or in my case, it's just mind numbingly maddening to think about the fact your girl has ever slept with someone before you. And as irrational as it is and how much you know it makes zero sense, every little thing that was never worth a second thought, like the neighborhood bully when you were 10, is enough to drive you to the psych ward. Do bear in mind I am diagnosed BPD and frankly am the LAST person who should ever have done a cycle, but it's abundantly clear I'm not alone with these issues even among people who are normally completely level headed and rational. Definitely a 2 edged sword

Most people in this industry have serious psychiatric problems to begin w. Tren just adds to this. Tren does NOT take a psychologically health person and give them these thoughts.
@PetarJovanovic-oy5bd3 ай бұрын
Have similar issues myself and I belive I'm objective engouh to admit them. The PEDs didn't make me this way or cause it, I was always like that. And I completely understand Mike. I had those thoughts of violence even long before PEDs, and your point about getting stuck on a minor interaction for literally months, I get it. Just an hour ago I screamed my head off on a small store owner, cus the day before I heared over the phone call with my mother the way he spoke to her, yelling and causing at her over something minor, but, the truth is, I did what I did cus I wanted someone I can onload all my frustrations on. If I was I your postion of getting little to no sleep, I'd starting getting into fights. But, PEDs or no, I need to let go of this ego and the violent urges and the need to always have the last word, I don't need to just have engouh patience to not say something back, I need engouh of it to not the hurt by other people's words, because like my dad always told be, if you wrestle with a pig, win or lose, you end up covred in shit
@WalterBernard-vm1re3 ай бұрын
Respect for admitting this. People need to keep in mind that many if not almost all people who use PEDs have these issues to begin with. If you’re willing to break the law and risk going to prison all for your physique, then odds are there’s a deeper psyc problem that will only be made worse by steroids.

Wow, Greg, this video hits harder than a deadlift PR! 💪 It's refreshing to see such an honest discussion about the mental and physical toll of performance-enhancing drugs. The slippery slope analogy is spot on-it's like starting with a protein shake and ending up in a full-blown chemistry lab! 🧪 Your insights on the lack of peace while on steroids really resonate. It’s a reminder that the pursuit of gains shouldn't come at the cost of our mental health. Let's face it, no one wants to trade their sanity for a few extra pounds on the bar. Also, the link between steroids and recreational drugs is a crucial point-it's a cycle that many might not realize they're entering. Thanks for shedding light on this serious topic while keeping it real. Keep up the great work, and let’s keep the conversation going! 💬

Coach Greg, I have to thank you because yo have made me hyper aware of the dangers of using PED's. In my social circle there's a lot of people using them (including my father with the supervision and consent of his doctor), and I have to say that watching only the results and none of tye bad stuff just made me wanna hope on so badly! But thanks yo you know I value my overall Health.

I’ve done multiple tren cycles in the past. Never again. You feel like a god in the gym. The other 22 hours a day, you feel like $hit. Can’t sleep, constantly sweating. All while killing your insides and health markers. I’m a fairly laid back guy. Road rage was definitely felt on a daily basis while using tren. That was about it. It didn’t ruin any of my relationships. It’s def NOT worth it. Newsflash- No one else cares about your gym lifts or physique- except other meatheads. 200 mgs of test per week these days has me right as rain- for the rest of my life.
@pricklycatsss3 ай бұрын
Also there’s no such thing as pharmaceutical grade tren so who knows what you’re injecting. A lot of the health effects of tren might not even be from just the drug but also all the other stuff mixed in with it. At least if you take anavar or dbol or something, it’s possible to get stuff that is guaranteed to work and not have terrible stuff mixed with it.

Don’t need test. I’ve seen many guys come off trt and restore natural levels. 200mg test is the same as being natty, except it creates a worse look because of the water retention. Unless you’re on an anti e. I say just stay off.
