IT'S ILLEGAL TO RECORD US

This was on June 16th 2023, at approximately 1718, at the Aggregate Industry's Swampscott quarry and Swampscott Massachusetts. I recently was riding by this location and notice a new sign posted, stating that there is no photos or video. So I decided to stop by and test their knowledge on the 1st amendment and recording from the public. Within about 10 minutes they called the police showed up. That No Filming sign was for anyone on their property and their employees ONLY. It has no enforcement outside their property. The Company next door to us had those signs on their fence on both sides of their gates and all around the sides where people could see in. They even called the Police on us because our Company Security Cameras could catch very little spaces of their property. Their Security Cameras caught about 90% of our Companies property but they thought it was OK because they were the ones doing it. The Police told them that those signs were only good for people INSIDE their fence and on their property and otherwise they weren't worth the first penny they paid for them. They wanted to argue even with the Officers who ended up telling them to take it to Court and be sure to include them as they are the ones who were on the grounds after being called and were filming with their Body Cams. That was 9+ months ago and we haven't received any papers yet.😆😅😂
