CLUELESS COAST GUARD VIOLATES RIGHTS | "PUT THAT CAMERA DOWN" SEE WHAT HAPPENS

This was on Wednesday March 1st 2023 at approximately 1503, outside of the US Coast Guard Base in St. Petersburg Florida. I happened to be in the area while I was on my road trip to Florida so I decided to stop by as there was also a Indy car race going right next door at the airport. As I was there for under 5 minutes somebody stopped with US government license plates and told me I could not record the base.
After running into that person they called people out from behind the guard shackAnd above 8 officers approached me off of the base. And above 8 officers approached me off of the base.I was live during this interaction but it did not come in that clear so I have shortened it down to a 1/2 hour out of over an hour and this full video is all interaction after the 1st couple minutes. Calling the base public affairs officer is a great idea. Find out why that low level clown is making statements to the media on behalf of the base. HOWEVER, don’t try auditing on base property - even outside the gate/fence. US vs Appel and Greer vs Spock. The Supreme Court allows bases to prohibit activities on their property even if it’s used as a public right of way.

As a retired USCG Mustang Officer who served the CG for 30+ years - I'm embarrassed. I am ashamed of the CPO (E7) AKA Happy Meal. Reyes, I believe is a PO1 (E6) I couldn't really tell his rank in the shadows. Reyes acted like the chief, more so than happy meal, but Reyes is not going to say anything to the chief about his attitude. The Command Master Chief was a total joke - no cojones. He should have ordered that chief (along with other subordinates) back to base and apologized for their ignorance. How can a CPO wearing a "Federal Officer T-Shirt" not know the 5th amendment? My guess is that he's a Boatswains Mate, even a wrench turner (MK) is not that dumb - maybe. Every service member swears obedience to the constitution, but like most LEO's they don't know what they're swearing to - it's just a repeat after me for some. And worst yet, they do not bother to learn what they swore an oath to defend. They just become order followers - Don't think, just do as you're told. America is in a sad state of affairs, we have become what we swore an oath that we'd fight against. St Pete's Command Cadre is in some dire need of training. I just hope the new commandant doesn't see this, she just made an example of the CGA.
