It's NATIONAL TRUST POLICY You Can't Fly Your Drone Here - YES I CAN - DJI Mini 3

A few days ago I phoned Clumber Park for permission to fly my drone there, and I was given a flat refusal.
So I decided to have a look on the map and it turns out that the road that runs through the centre of the park is a public highway, and you know what that means, it means that as long as I am stood on the road I am on public property and I can fly my drone.
The managment at Clumber park didn't agree with me and insisted that I moved on. I don't know how the think the have the right to tell someone on a public highway to move, but that's the National Trust for you.
