I wonder what transgressions of the law were taking place before most people had mobile phones. I watch these videos to see how much Officers know about the law that it is their job to enforce. I also like to see how Officers communicate with members of the public. Some Officers do a brilliant job. Sometimes, it is the little things which can make a substantial amount of difference. For example, if an Officer initiates a conversation by stating his or her name, collar number and the police station to which they are attached this can have a great impact upon the type of interaction that shall subsequently occur.

It’s ridiculous how the police refuse to deal with crimes committed right in front of them by their colleagues, which can only be described as corruption. When the police break the law, they should be prosecuted like the rest of us. If the police caught a postman breaking the law, they would prosecute him, not make a complaint to Royal Mail. Anyway good job at countering all their pathetic arguments. Looking forward to part 2 where it seems the female PC is keen to deal with a civil matter, straight after refusing to deal with a criminal matter.

@Irigouis88 A traffic offence CAN be a crime. If you are convicted of a motoring offence by the court, you will have a criminal record. This applies to all sentences available to the court, including fines, which are imposed by the court in respect of nearly all, if not all, motoring convictions. In an emergency situation, drivers of emergency vehicles are granted certain exemptions to the law. That was clearly NOT an emergency situation so that copper needed to observe the law.

OK, a one minute check on the Land Registry website and the Local Highways Authority, reveals a few errors in what you wrote, 1. The Road is privately owned and 2. The road has not been adopted by the Local Highways Authority, which means, the regulations for adopted highways do not apply, so the Police car being on double yellows is irrelevant, no seatbelt is irrelevant, and being on the phone is also irrelevant.

Sadly all those traffic offences don't apply the the Police active on shift. They are allowed to idle Thier engines, even without a driver present. They don't have to wear seat belts, observe keep left signs or red lights or speed limits . . and can even use a phone - for police use. These are the permitted exemptions that only apply to police officers on active duty, the fact that they are just sitting around on WhatsApp is a different matter.😮

Unfortunately, it's perfectly legal not to wear a seatbelt whilst stationary or reversing. Only when moving forward does a seatbelt need to be worn. Separately, a police officer is NOT exempt from wearing a seatbelt.

@zulut1876
@zulut1876 2 жыл бұрын
Even for a civilian it wouldn't be in the public interest or have the evidence to prosecute. Double yellow line enforcement is down to the local authority these days and not the police. Evidentily the copper wasn't in the process of driving so again he wouldn't be guilty of the mobile phone offence. He was stopped for a considerable amount of time before the auditor walked up to him and recorded him on his phone. As for the idling offence, maybe. But prove that the engine noise wasn't edited on to the video. The cherry on top is that the business park probably isn't classed as a public highway. So none of the legislation would apply if this was the case. The guy making the video thinks he's clever. But really his complaint won't go anywhere and he's not as smart as he lets on.
@TheJbsportstech
@TheJbsportstech 2 жыл бұрын
Don’t know why he was using his phone if it a police device then it may be work related and he would be exempt. If it was private another matter. Police can use exemptions to road traffic regulations if to have to comply would hamper an officer in the execution of their duty. Police have laptops, mobile data terminals in some police cars are therefore they may well idle and operate those in the course of their duty and therefore they would be exempt from prosecution. Also most operational cars have a run lock system because they can be locked and left running so that the battery is kept charged when using kit or with a dog onboard to power ventilation systems

The issue is that their "hard and unsociable job" is offset by the perks they enjoy. Such as their inability to be held accountable for their actions and moderate immunity from prosecution. Not ignore colleagues acting illegally whether that’s idling in a car or misuse of force, failing to identify or being abusive. Lots of people have hard jobs they aren’t immune from prosecution. The police resent bitterly a mirror being held up but resent the auditor not the ones who let them down That is what sticks in my throat they are angry at PTTP not the abusive officer who breaks the law and “can’t be arsed with this”..

That arrogance of the cretin breaking the law and continuing to do so, despite you correctly pointing out the offence he was committing, is rife throughout ALL Police Services. It continued with the female cretin who allegedly COULDN'T deal with a complaint from a member if the public but COULD get uppity, aggressive and deal with you taking a video. The male not in uniform was very polite and professional but he could have taken details and raised an incident log and given you an incident number especially considering the amount of time he and the female cretin spent trying to persuade you to go away and report it somewhere else.

14:00 "It's down to discretion". Indeed it is. And that's the point of this video. It's down to the discretion of the officer, what action they take when presented with reasonable evidence that someone has broken the law. The police ALWAYS use their discretion to take no further action against any police officer breaking the law. And they sometimes use their discretion to take no further action against Joe Public and they sometimes use their discretion to take action. That's really annoying. The them and us mentality. Maybe what we need is a police police force? An organisation totally separate from the police whose job is to bring wrong-doing police employees to justice.

Unfortunately a Constable is a "Legal Entity" NOT an employee, they are not agents of the police force, police authority or government. Those who hold the Office of Constable are servants of the Crown (watching this channel has inspired me to learn these facts and odditys etc).Every sworn police officer in England and Wales is a Constable, irrespective of rank. It is from the Office of Constable that each officer derives their powers. THE OATH “I do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law.”

What makes you think they will be made to pay for their actions, one day? All Law enforcement agencies and the Judiciary, are Freemasonic owned and controlled, that take an Oath to serve and protect the Crown Corporation. As a former Officer, I had to find this out the hard way. They are not and never will be public servants, that is merely a smokescreen to give us the illusion of protection, security and public importance. We aren't protected by them and we most certainly aren't important to them...quite the opposite actually. Why do you think they have the Sillitoe tartan 'Black-and-White' checkered motif all over their uniforms? especially their hat-wear, wrapped around the order-following skull. It represents the 'Floor of the House' in Freemansonry, and other LHP Fraternal Orders. Every Masonic Hall has one. This tells we the people, who is in control here, and who these 'Peace Officers' are truly working for. The uniform in general, is one big Occult mockery. Martial Law will be activated globally after their next deliberately socially-engineered global plan--demic in 2023, so there will never sadly come a time whereby a shift in Policing consciousness will take place, or Justice shall reign for their crimes against humanity. All Photography Laws will be prohibited, just like rest of our Human and Civil Rights, of which, are mostly just another aspect of the grand illusion of Moral Agency (Autonomy and Free Will) in a Luciferian prison planet with invisible bars.

Please read the definition of a public right of way as only some apply to vehicles (eg. byways) but all apply to pedestrians. Public rights of way include footpaths, bridleways & byways and give the public a right to pass over land freely even though it may be privately owned and your right of access cannot be removed by the land owner. There are of course many other footpaths etc. that are open to the public but not classed as public rights of way, so the landowner can ask you to leave, but on a public right of way you have every right to be there regardless of how the landowner feels about your presence.

Imagine how much effort they are willing to put into falsifying or manipulating truth and facts if they had a desire to put YOU in a box? They are looking at a crime in real-time and instead of getting out the ticket book and being done with it, they offer you an X week-long (how long do they have to review submitted evidence) and a multistep complaint process as the only solution available. It takes 5 minutes to write a ticket 😐. The world is better off without their service.

Both officers shown here were so busy that they had time to talk to PttP (inc Trespass)!!! It is much quicker to take basic crime details to put onto the crime system and await the receipt of video evidence. Officers have a duty to record offences disclosed to them... invariably, they will duck out of this by suggesting you report on 101/online. So far, what I have seen is utter tosh from both officers. BTW, response deal with all gradings of call... not just blue light runs!

You should've asked him, "What if this officer/lady saw a member of the public punch me in the face?" A crime is a crime is a crime is a... Can she not take the details of both parties and make an arrest and/or issue a fine just because she does not 'work in the complaints department'? Never heard such barefaced lies before. 😅😅 I'd like to say I'm surprised, but considering she originally said that it wasn't even an offence to sit in an idle vehicle whilst operating a mobile phone... Wow. I got fined for the same thing in a hospital car park whilst I was waiting for an ambulance to arrive that carried my gravely ill father. I was letting the family know where I was and updating them on the situation. The officer told me, "Sadly, circumstances are irrelevant." Nice compassion. @Power To The Proletariat -- I'm challenging the fine and I might use this little clip as part of my defence (if that's okay?) As always, great video. Looking forward to part 2.

The recent video from AB featuring the WPC using her phone while behind the wheel is a good example of what happens, a viewer reported it and professional standards emailed them saying that it is fine because she wasn't on a public road. That's the whole reason they need you to report it to the complaints team as they are more skilled at lying in favour of the police.

I hope you follow this up and I hope other "auditors" start doing the same with constables that aren't doing their fiduciary duties and upholding their public oaths. We need to remind them of their duties in general and whom they serve. The female constable was quick to jump on you for what she considered were offences but not for a constable she witnessed committing offences, clearly showing she was biased and not impartial. Good work & keep it up. Maximum respect.

Complaints. IOPC. The reason being that its an external organisation. When you make the complaint, make it a Schedule 3 complaint. It has to be recorded, and you get the right to a review. So the question what's the complaint? 1. Parking - breaking the law 2. Rudeness - breach of code of ethics. 3. Breaking the law for the phone use. I would also ask, if the other officers have reported him, section 10, code of ethics.
