I suppose then that worrying/hypervigilance type thinking, can be be an automatic thought? Its certainly something I learned to do early due to the environment and people around me. As an adult it feels pre-conditioned. Thanks for your videos as they help me in de-conditioning with this and other negative thinking. PS though this video isnt about health anxiety, I can see that in behaviors like Goggling symptoms and other checking etc. is a way of "hearing it again and again" and more easily being sucked in.
