They call it a "Honda Guzzi!" A CX 500 that he spent a lot of time rebuilding that bike. 👍😀

I certainly miss a few of my old bikes. Some, I'm glad they are somewhere else now. I have the missions on my Vstrom. they do good work. I could see you wanting something a little more offroad friendly with the 310s. My DR 200 has trakmasters. they are full knobby. On the street, they arent loud, but a little wiggly. You both have enough experience to do a full knobby. Can't wait to see what you do with the new bikes. Take care!

This made us smile! Understood! I had an old Honda CR 125 that I blew up within two weeks… was glad that one was behind me. 😀 Thanks for info on tires. Not sure how many miles we put on the original Tourance tires, we may need those full knobby tires to get around the dirt and sand. We will keep you posted. Have you ever tried the Bridgestone Battleaxe?

@@TheGrandShamrockTour haven't played with too many of the on road off-road type stuff tire wise. I think one that's a little more 50/50 but not as blocky as the Dunlop is the pirelli scorpion. People seem to like those. I think there's a shinko that people like there's an 805 and a 705, one is more aggressive than the other, but I can't remember which is which. The bike is so light that you should get a pretty amazing amount of miles out of anything you pick.
