Honestly I think it comes down to making the most of what little time you end up having as a parent. I barely beat any games pre-parent life. Now I am going through as much as I can. You end up getting really good at maximizing your time!!

Was surprised to see Fantasian get pretty good reception when the mobile Apple Arcade release was widely panned because of the flaws. Didn't seem like many of them were fixed for console release.

My issue with it is that the game was originally released in two parts and it definitely feels like it on second play through. The first half is story driven whereas the second half is quest driven. And each main bit of the second half you're forced to use characters you don't typically use in battle, so it's a steep learning curve. PLUS you have to reassess your strategy every single boss battle. It's unnecessarily hard and ruined any chance of me finishing the game which is a shame because I was 36 hours into it but I literally could not progress.

I got as far as blue grotto and just gave up. Absolutely disappointing it ended up like this!!! Loved the game up until the bosses got unbelievably punishing 😔
