The main difference between the Likud use of "from the river to the sea" (which I personally do not support) and the Palestinian use is, that 20% of Israel's citizens are actually Arab Palestinians, so having pne state between the river to the sea does not mean no Arab Palestinians there. On the other hand, the Palestinian ruled territories and their demand for what will be in their state is 0% of Jews, therefore, their cry implies expulsion ... at best ... of all the Jews from the land. There's been other riots as well? As we know though, when a government oversteps its mark, people will rise up and react. The issue with what we have here is there's quite a large group of people with very strong religious beliefs, (some are from here in the UK, but there's also a large amount of non UK residents) are trying to control a much bigger group of native people who aren't religious and don't want this way of life at all. Integration of our values here in England and inserted into any other cultures values is the deal for anyone who is welcome and wishes to join us here and then we can evolve as a united nation. I think we're going to have to put democracy on hold until we sort this mess out. I was always a huge advocate for democracy, but we are going to have to put limits on it if our societies are going to be trashed by people who hate democracy and our societies and us!
