He needs to grow and make sure he keeps a high standard in a 90+ min game in order to become top class. I still consider him a potential talent that is fast becoming a seasoned pro, but he has to elevate to the next level. I feel Tuchel is going to adapt around the pool of players he has, there are so many different types of strategies across the teams it would be smarter to look at what combinations you can obtain as you really have a lot of players but they are not all the same. Its a good thing but means when you have lots of choice it can be diffifult to just settle on one. One example you have Trent and Hall or Palmer and Foden, both great but different styles so if you play one over the other (Lets not get into whos the best lets say one gets injured or is unavailable) means a different defensive/midfield/forward combinations and you are not lacking numbers in these positions so think hes taking that approach.

No guarantee he'd be as effective in another team. He wasn't as effective at Real Sociedad as he is now. There are also loads of examples of players who were effective in 1 team who then weren't as good in another team even if that team was better. Also works the other way.... Ineffective players who suddenly performed better in a different team. An example would be Chris Wood. Even last season when Forest weren't flying, he was banging in more goals than he did at Newcastle.
