Most of our modern African houses are of masonry and concrete construction - that is concrete blocks, stones or bricks with concrete columns and slabs, and then iron sheet roofing, or roof tiles, or flat concrete slab roofs. We also tend of wall off our properties for security and privacy. That open concept of living is sort of being introduced in certain gated communities in Kenya, but nooope! Most people in the urbans areas prefer to wall off their properties. And in the video you can see some of the properties have an electric fence above the boundary walls too. Keeps your kids safe too. And you dont get to sleep with your one eye open as said in the video.

They mostly did that because of the enormous expense to travel there and produce quality documentary. Their audience was interested in seeing an environment that was very different from their own. It’s not nearly as interesting to view one that is similar. A conspiratorial attempt to make Africans “ look bad” doesn’t even make sense. They did what any business does and that is what makes them money. Also, those areas got billions upon billions of aid from “whites” because they showed dire conditions.

I was born in Zambia Lusaka, my whole family lives there, we visit frequently, I get sad when I have to leave and go back to the uk. Honestly Zambia is the most peaceful country. Can’t wait to go there and continue to build my life there inshallah. I’m so thankful you’ve made this awesome video about Zambia!

As he said ‘it’s a virgin place for investment’ Just don’t dupe the locals, they are smart and will catch on quickly. We also have mob justice and elders are highly respected!

Always! Even in the rain season the sky is beautiful to look at! Unfortunately the Chinese that have invaded the lands are building their factories and power plants, making the air dirty and stinky! I know because I have a cousin who lives on the farm with her family and when the Chinese arrived they build a plastic factory, the air is thick and black and stinks! She’s documenting it and getting the locals to sign a petition!

@Black Magic what are we supposed to do with your negativity?
@gotellthatfoxapologetics2 жыл бұрын
@Black Magic I wish you did economics at school to realize that South Africa was not that big and wealthy enough to solve or shoulder all of SADC's or Africa's governmental failures. Show me any country in Africa that has "open" borders and tolerance to foreigners like South Africa. I dare you
@gotellthatfoxapologetics2 жыл бұрын
@Black Magic I asked you to show me any country in Africa that shoulders others migrant labourers like South Africa does and you did not answer! By the way, I'm a property professional here in South Africa; do you care to show everyone here the land audit report that shows which nation owns how much of land here??? Where is your evidence???
@gotellthatfoxapologetics2 жыл бұрын
@Black Magic I know you won't answer because such reports do not exist. You are a typical person who represents what is wrong in Africa. Someone who seeks to divide us, that's how Europeans still manage to divide and rule us to this day. We love Africa and Africans in particular because God want us to love! ✌

@Black Magic I'm glad you have started throwing insults around. Typical of people who have lost debates!
