Healthy and delicious vegetable casserole!👩‍🍳

● Cauliflower - 350 g
● Brocolli - 350 g
● Sweet pepper - 1 pc
● Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
● Egg - 4 pcs
● Heavy Cream - 180 ml
● Salt, Black pepper, Oregano
● Cheese - 200 g

Great easy recipe but I wouldn’t boil the nutrients out of the vegetables. Nor discard those stalks. Too many hungry people in the world!
