Did you kno that if you pill the eggplant, it's soo much tastier? No bitter taste, just saying .Your recipes look very good thou!

To remove bitterness from eggplants, sprinkle them with coarse salt, mix well and leave for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse well under water 😉
