I've had my phantom for a while, the scroll wheel occasionally has a ghost input. Finalmouse has gone and blamed it on the end user rather than the terrible scroll wheel encoder. Even using the updated firmware the scroll wheel still has ghost inputs. I've jumped in CS and Valorant on accident because of it, I notice if you're switching between M2 and M1 the ghost input occurs.

same issues here I got the Ares and plays a lot of cs I tend to randomly jump and it really sucks as a person who jumps on the mw, asked the support they told me it was a software issue they got me something it update it and didn't notice anything new with the mouse at all. What surprised me the most was their support advertising one year warranty with specially trained people to fix your mouse or something like that. Thought if anything like this would happen I could just send it back and yet nothing.

I love their mice as i had the original phantom, then went with a starlight-12 ares, and i just got my starlight-12 phantom. But they are hands down the WORST company when it comes to quality control and RMA issues. When i got my phantom i had a stuck left click, which is an easy fix and i can do it myself, but the other issue was my mouse would not connect wirelessly to any computer i had and nothing would work. So i sent it in, they assured me they would test it before sending it back. However, when i got it back, the left click was fixed, but the mouse still did not connect to my pc wirelessly. not only that, but they didn't even put 2 of the 4 mousefeet back on since you have to take it off to unscrew the shell. I complained, and instead of the email thread taking a week like it did the first time, it took 2 weeks for them to reply. Only after i threatened a refund and asking for their address personally, did they finally repair it. Not only that, but the mouse is covered under warranty, the first time they covered shipping, but because they did not reply the second time, i had to pay for shipping myself. Horrible company with customer service, i hate that i love their mice, because if there was a competing company with magnesium mice, i would go with them 100%.

The price is crazy, and I paid out the ass for the Razer viper wireless just because of the charging stand. But even if that was pricey, it fixed my problem of hating wires but hating charging things even more. And I also buy dumb shit because it looks nice all the time. Basically why I bought the G915. Honest to goodness I spent a couple minutes staring at the thumbnail wondering if the mice had gunk on it. Idk fam, in my eyes it looks like a mish-mash of cliche decals (with a finish that straight-up make them look like stickers), a plasticky body/housing, with a shit-tonne of indiscriminately placed glitter sprinkled on top. Something that wouldn't be incredibly out of place in a daycare arts&crafts room. Sure I may not be into perforated, lightweight mice in general either, but I certainly wouldn't deny the valid functional benefits they present to a sizeable community with more specific use-case preferences/needs. But this particular colourway/option... it's just really, *really* hard to view in a positive light...

When Laser James does an unboxing, he can't contain his jaded expectations. Riley, and David for that matter, are often enraptured with a child's expectation on Christmas day, giddy at what the boxes/packages might contain. Alex Clarke & Lois has that elder sibling hope that the item might live up to the hype, but the subtle holding back that it too might crash and burn with not being very good. This is what makes an excellent execution of a show, each player having a largely different perspective, or a slightly variegated perspective, but the delivery of each is outstanding.

I've almost entirely switched to the Starlight at this point, with my Pulsar X2 medium taking up my secondary role. why are everyone so hang up on the micro b, I have a g pro x superlight and couldn't care less about the connector. also never had a micro b connector or cable break on me, still have my original ps4 cable and ds4 from 2014 working flawlessly.

@@TetsuYkt I would much rather everything I own to move to an universalized connecter so I don't have to keep a bunch of different types of cables around for my devices. I had a few micro cables broke on me back in the Galaxy Note 5 days and those are cables that came with the box so my experience with the connecter hasn't been smooth sailing. It's just unnecessary cost cutting for a product clearly aimed towards the luxury segment. People has been giving Apple crap for keeping Lightning connecter a thing so I don't see why we can't do the same for MicroB

I use Aerox 3 for a long time. Its a life-time mouce for everything, with type c, wired, bluetooth connectivity option for no-dongle expirience on laptops. I think all the downsides of Finalmouce just for 10g is not worth it at all.

I love my G502 and i love having software and the infinite scroll wheel. Weight means really nothing to me. As the G502 weighs like 121 without weights anyway which is perfectly fine for me. Honestly if it felt lighter i fell like id like it less due to how it fells in the hand and of course breaking it when i rage in games. Oh ya its more then double the price. Lol no.

I am not buying a single mice with holes on it, and I love videogames as any other folk. But I don’t believe for a hot second that “gAMeRs” have so little muscle mass that they cannot handle a mouse that weighs >100g. Companies have been making these shells for cost saving, and they advertise them as “lightweight”. Like any wired mouse is so much heavier it completely messes up your game.

Picked up a GPro Superlight a bit over a year ago, love FM mice as that's what I moved from to the SuperLight since I wanted to move to wireless. For the pricing and availability, I plan to stick with Logitech mice. I also play at 750-800 DPi depending on the title - I don't see a need for a top mounted DPi button ever since Logi launched the OnBoard Memory Manager that isn't as bloated compared to other tools, also it doesn't have to remain running in the background eating up resources. I don't see why FM hasn't come up with a non-bloat tool of their own similar to the Logi one.

I really do love everything about my Starlight Phantom Medium but ultimately I think I'm going to sell it because it's simply just not the right shape for me. Also the holes on the sides really hurt the comfort (I put corepad grips on it and that hugely improved it). Don't be fooled, the medium is still a very small mouse. The small is basically a fingertip-only mouse unless you have Linus hands.
