Wow Parker. The math lesson was awesome. I have a Masters of Engineering and I’m a corporate pilot that required a ton of math over the years with school and work. The arrows and sauerkraut look great. I remember my grandmother preserving fruit, carrots, beans and peas using a vocola set and preserving jars that fed us over winter. Recently I have discovered Kimchi, a Korean way of pickling cabbage and it is delicious.

I use Picture This! I have for a year! I have used it to identify edible plants that are basically considered weeds. For instance plantain can be used on wasp stings to ease the pain. You pick the leaves and chew it and put the pulp on the sting! So cool!!❤ and prayers!

We always did krout in a 5 gal crock. Used a same type of plate and a Foil wrapped brick that also had plastic wrap outside it, then covererd for weeks. Best we ever had. We grew so many veg . We had horses and they helped the garden and got treats from it too
