Hey Matt, easy way to differentiate between a base and a ZR-1 is the black spacers between the rear plate and the reverse lights. Also the C5 and C6 also use mono leaf suspension

Keep the ones with the best ROI’s. 5ton is content and fun for parades and marketing. Ranchtang and El Chromino are content and fan favorites, that’s a business expense… side by side can go and the technical can go. Earl was a good truck but can go, and the two other pickups can become work trucks since BB is such a large company now. Cuda isn’t done yet and therefore cannot be sold.

Really hope you'll keep the half-ton, firetruck, and the cuda. Stuff that custom with so much utility should stay on the channel, they're pretty iconic. I would've said the same about the el chromino but you've done TONS of content with it by now and it'd be nice to see it used more by someone else.

The L98 was Aluminum heads/iron block and you’re right it was only 245hp but the long intake runners gave it 350ft/lbs so if you could run the gears it would move but it’s specialty was burnouts and drifts. I had one when I was 16 and got 3000 miles on a set of rear tires…one time 😜 I was a great car and I fully understand the passion you have for them!

The Corvette headlight on the right is catching on the coolant overflow pipe. Bend the pipe and you'll be fine. You can confirm that's the issue by lifting the hood an inch and operating the lights. You'll see they now open and close.

I'm old enough to remember the introduction of the ZR1; I was in high school. At the time, the wider body and more powerful engine were just part of the value. It also pulled corners at nearly 1G of force. That, and the other supercars of the time had good numbers, until you tried to import them. Your power tends to drop when your German supercar has to have smog equipment installed in order to import it.

I think i will miss the 5 ton, and the '64. The 'Vette sounds like you already regret selling it. The W350, I know you had sellers remorse after selling the one before that, so since it isn't worth much hopefully you will hang on to it, and El Chromino since it is probably only worth scrap rates. On the flip side, all you have to do is mention that they were yours and the value could increase.

1984 had the Cross-Fire, 85-91 had the L98 on base models, 90-95 had the ZR-1 as an option. 92-96 had the LT1 on the base model. 96 had the 1 year only LT4 available with 6-speed only. In '96, if it was an automatic, it was an LT1; 6-speed was the LT4. You could not get it any other way in '96.

The 3 vehicles I’d say to keep above all else would be the chromeino, 5tn, ranchtang and the Cuda, everything else probably could go as sad as it would be.

A small adjustment to that list: "Ranchtang" can go, "El Dorado" (Impala) stays., although The "Fire truck" should also stay... For safety reasons. Demolition Ranch, and fire kind of go hand in hand. The ZR -1 does belong in the hands of someone that would use it more often. Not sad to see it go, depending on who buys it. (Please don't let it be Whistlin' Diesel.) Maybe Hoovie will buy it.

I would definitely keep Earl and the Fire Truck. As for all the other project cars, you always have another project "in the works" so I wouldn't worry too much about selling some of those. :) For something "BIG," you should get an HEMTT!

Solution: pair similar cars together in a 1v1 elimination bracket & keep eliminating until you’ve sold enough. (Personally I’d keep the most reliable tow pig, funnest diesel, best burnout car, & best memory car.)

I'm guessing it won't be a ghost town. I think that's too obvious - it'll be the worst kept secret. It will definitely be another (bigger) property of some sort, but there's going to be a twist to it that is actually a surprise.
