@@jennagaeta5538 as a young women with PCOS and anxiety i've been overweight ever since i was 12. now, i work out, eat healthy, take my meds and that means that im striving to achieve a healthier body for my future. what this women in the video is preaching isn't necessarily wrong but the over-repeating of it like a mantra makes the young kids think there's no need to try at all.

And guess what, losing that chub made people around me take me more seriously when I said I had big goals in life to achieve. Pretty a side grade to getting healthy. Not the aim.
