Okay, that looks really good. A word of advice from someone that watches a LOT of cooking channels here: keep it short. We don't need to see you cut up each shallot and mushroom, just do one of each to show how it should be cut and move on to the next step. I kept scrolling ahead to speed things up because 19 minutes is a long time! Your recipe looks amazing, and I wish you great success with your KZbin channel. The world needs to know how to cook!! Oh, damn. Now I'm hungry.. :)

If the end result wasn't so interesting I might not have stuck around. I did like the way you showed us how to cut the ingredients as opposed to having it all cut and chopped in advance.
