Each time you overcome your fears you enter a new chapter in your life. It's time for you to overcome your fear of being seen, your fear of being in the spotlight, your fear of being visible. This fear may have kept you safe at some point in your life but you can no longer use it as an excuse to stay in your comfort zone. No matter what you do people are going to judge you. You have to get comfortable with it. Your new life is on the other side of your fear of being seen. You are being invited to answer your calling. How long are you going to hide yourself from others? Be your authentic you. Someone out there wants you to have the courage to be you so they can be themselves.

As a person who collects art I can tell you there are a lot of games being played with high value amounts being paid for crappy abstract art. Either inflating a value in order to get a tax deduction when donated to museums, bids on art by the current owners to trick people into thinking the art is worth what is bid or even just plain old money laundering. I find that true art collectors are people who wish they could draw/paint and in my case, I took a different path and went into engineering and now a business owner for the last 20 years. I always wonder where I would be now if I went down the artist path.

So that's how those awful paintings get sold for ridiculous amounts of money and of course, someone will look at an ugly painting like that and create a philosophical story about it .. " I see zis ... as an expression of sophistication, of melancholy, of ze truest expression of emotion ... 🍷🥖" ... It's never too late to start drawing/painting!

There are so many scams in tge collecting hobbies I could talk hours about them. Here’s one as an example: let’s say for the sake of this story it’s about a stamp collector dealer. This person advertised for a year he’d pay 1 million for a certain rare stamp which he secretly already owned one of. After a year of people believing there was a million dollar value for the item, he auctioned off his item and got $800,000. The buyer thinks he got a deal but the seller who did all that advertising was only into the item for $10,000 and the item used to be worth 10k. Legal but a dirty trick. As for me starting to draw again in my mid 50’s I don’t see it happening unless I had a muse like you but then my wife would probably have something to say about that.

@@AlchemiSabi I too am spiritual! I believe that there is a truth that is a lamp on to your feet and a light unto your path. Knowing and engaging with that truth liberates one from darkness. Much of the world is deceived and darkened in uderstanding due to various reasons and dynamics and are subservient to a psuedo realities and desires, tricked, programmed and patterned in 'philsophies 'that ultimatelty lead to demise! You mentioned Team Love' and Team fear. Perfect Love casts out all fear. The real truth emanantes from Love!, Perfect Love!
