Wow - things used to be so damned glamorous and wonderful compared to now.

Loved this show. Still do. Harkens back to the days when playboys ruled the world.

if you were seeing the end credits of a TV back then ... and you didn't see the copyright date at the end but you had missed them in the beginning, chances are it would have been UNinversal...or SCREEN GEMS!!!

@@jmjfanss Too bad the Universal City globe logo was cut off from this print. And it wasn't a Jack Webb Production, so there is no "Mark VII Limited hammer" logo on this series.

@@robertorick6383That Universal globe and fanfare used to scare the hell out of me. I would have been a year old when this episode aired. Stanley Wilson, who supervised Universal’s excellent music department (he also hired Juan Esquivel, Quincy Jones and Oliver Nelson among many others), died in July 1970, a week after my brother was born. He was only 52 years old - and, BTW, had a birthday that was two days after my own.

Hollywood veteran Fred Astaire didn't come on board this series until its third and final season (1970-1971).

I wonder why the old videos age so poorly. They were crystal clear when we saw them on television.

I was 21 years old in 1970 and every single TV series like this had people who were old enough to be my father or mother - did we baby boomers make fun of them? NO WE DID NOT!!!!
