Research papers? Krish’s Achilles’ heel 📉. Krish’s sources? “Trust me, bro” 🤷♂️. With no degree in medical or food science, he’s out here lecturing on health, nutrition, and food 🍲. Convinced he knows more than doctors and chefs, Krish declares, “Science and reality are what I want them to be.” This wave of self-proclaimed KZbin gurus is a real issue in India. Everyone’s a “gyani baba” with a camera 🎥 these days!

Hey there! I totally appreciate your dedication to health and sustainability. I noticed that you still advocate for eating meat, and I wanted to gently share some thoughts. As a fellow fan of science, I'm sure you're aware of the significant carbon emissions from animal farming and the impact of deforestation for livestock feed. It might be interesting for you to explore Acharya Prashant's perspective on these issues. Your content is fantastic, and I think emphasizing whole-food diets and cutting back on dairy could make an even bigger positive impact. There are also concerns about animal abuse and exploitation that deserve attention. In northern India, for example, stray cows are increasingly causing accidents, and the country has become a major beef exporter, which contributes to both poverty and economic strain. Thanks for considering these points, and keep up the great work!

Chillies in general are not bad for you, but do watch out for any symptoms of ulcers or other inflammation since chillies (while they don’t cause it) can make it worse.

He may not be a health prof., BUT take it from someone who is ( for more than 4 decades and with a niutrition interest), Krish is better than practically any other health Prof. ( No matter what their status or creditation).
@oliviad67132 ай бұрын
His qualification is that has done is own independent research and obviously is an intelligent critical thinker. I have found that the best sources of truth about health are outside of the medical and traditional academic areas. Those sources are so corrupted and indoctrinated into the biopharmacological model, ,and the financial incentives for keeping the status quo that you will never find answers or help there .

Nobody needs any special qualifications to laugh at obvious stupidity 😂. Not running away from school itself is a big improvement compared to silly gurus. 😂
