haha, the neighbours were all really nice i think because it's a gated area they aren't susceptible to leaflets and door knockers so it just falls out of mind to get some stuff done

I literally just finished watching Ricky Banjo’s channel (Bournemouth jet washing), and then noticed this. Ricky often goes to some nice houses, but this place really appeals to me. I think it was subscribing to Ricky’s channel how I found this channel, and I just asked him this question : When you’re both doing driveway’s, with the large surface cleaner, the amount of wet mud that just seems to move around makes me inclined to give the drive a quick brush when the mud is dry first, just wondered if that’s a bad idea? Also what great host’s l, I’ve always been reluctant to join Instagram but think I will to watch their renovation, I think this will be great to watch. Cracking job, as always 👍

On overcast or wet days I’ll brush the sludge down but on hot days it’s dry by the time I’ve finished with the surface cleaner and it’s hard to sweep so just rinse it down :D Yeah Ricky’s great 👍

Not sure if this will help partridge exterior cleaning, over here in the U.S. they have mold killer. It's like the foam sprayer you use and has all the stuff in it. It kills mold and mildew In like 5 mins, plus it's bio safe. You can use it on house siding, wooden decks, even brick pathways and such. After that, pressure with high psi pressure washeron all stone. Then use concrete brightener on stone. And wood brightener on wood. Do a light stain on wooden decks and clear coat seal on all wooden decks. And it will always look like brand new! Used to do pressure washing jobs in the state's as well as remodeling and building decks. Learned a few tricks. Plus you can charge out the ass for all this if the clients have the $$. Hopes this helps a little. Plus! Mold won't come back for 5 years most the time rather then pressurewashing it and it will be back in a year!

It was very kind of them to feed you and offer a place to stay. It's hard to find people that do your quality of workmanship. I watched as someone came to pressure wash my neighbor's home and it was a mediocre job at best. So when I hired a pressure washer, another company, of course, I stood outside and watched and saw them miss spots and had them go over it again. So having the best customers is often a two-way street. I've given extra money when I was so pleased with their work and seeing the little extras they threw in. Keep up the good work!

We had a large house and garden like that here in Australia, even had a pond and fountain ( not as fancy as that one though) We just sold it and downsized. I miss my garden so much. We power washed our driveways and courtyard pavers too. I loved this video as it so reminded me of my beautiful house and garden. Thankyou.
