haha, the neighbours were all really nice i think because it's a gated area they aren't susceptible to leaflets and door knockers so it just falls out of mind to get some stuff done

Your clients would never do extra things, buy you lunch or offer to put you up in a motel if you were slow, disrespectful or just didn’t make them feel heard. You’re awesome. It was very kind of them to feed you and offer a place to stay. It's hard to find people that do your quality of workmanship. I watched as someone came to pressure wash my neighbor's home and it was a mediocre job at best. So when I hired a pressure washer, another company, of course, I stood outside and watched and saw them miss spots and had them go over it again. So having the best customers is often a two-way street. I've given extra money when I was so pleased with their work and seeing the little extras they threw in. Keep up the good work!

We had a large house and garden like that here in Australia, even had a pond and fountain ( not as fancy as that one though) We just sold it and downsized. I miss my garden so much.
