Since shion was resurrected she dosen't think with her brain, she thinks with her soul so it dosen't matter if she is killed again, Blow her head off, or someone tries to brain control her she will always keep her memories and control over them. That's the reason crayman's spell didn't work on her. 2. How milim was able to fool everyone with her poker face is because SHE HATES vegetables. She would put a piece of vegetable on her mouth making her have those soulless eyes. 3. veldora actually never use street fighter moves on the light novel or in the manga only the dragon ball moves. The studio that made slime just added them to make it more interesting in this episode.

Regarding Clayman's awakening: Without giving away info that's probably gonna be part of the next episode, I'd suggest thinking back to Rimuru's awakening as a True Demon Lord: Rimuru started off with killing around 5'500 people. He then talked to King Edmalis before using his newly acquired skill "Merciless" to kill the remainining ca. 14'500 people, for a total of just about 20'000 souls. He then immediately lost strength and control over his own body ["The Harvest festival cannot be halted once it has begun"] and became exceptionally sleepy. He summoned Diablo, instructed Ranga and then turned back into a slime and fell unconscious. Ranga carried him back to Tempest, where Rimuru then experienced his transformation. After the transformation, his followers received their gifts and fell asleep, followed by Raphael resurrecting the dead. Rimuru woke up around 3 days later, if I remember that number correctly. In this episode, we see Clayman powering up immensely right on the spot. A simple deduction we can make from this is that Clayman did not experience the same type of awakening as Rimuru did.

Clayman has been collecting power/souls for ~200ish years. He is converting the souls he has, plus emotions of hatred of those who died cursing him into energy through his drive to be strong/useful for his comrades/creator. There is probably a hard number for how much power you need, but it likely varies somewhat based on the person in question. Rimuru's forces had killed about 50,000 Orcs, consumed the Orc Disaster, Charybdis and that wind dragon when he was in the human realm. The 20,000 human souls were enough to complete the requirements for him to awaken. He might of only need 10,000 but he got 20,000.

Okay this will be a bit of spoiler,since i will explain stuff from the light novel. Read at your own discretion. What clayman is doing is converting the souls he already had into power,not into true demon lord awakening. He gets the magicule capacity of one,but his skills and resistances don't evolve like with any other,since the harvest festival doesn't trigger. That's why you need the 10k or so souls. It's not 10k,but it's about that number or more. That's why clayman was trying. You need to become a seed first,then nurture the seed with the souls to get the full value. Imagine getting fully ripe demon lord seed vs clayman right now. You need to have the shittiest skills to not be able to get him. Even stuff like master chef does a lot of stuff for shion and you will probably get a lot more extra skills,maybe 1-2 uniques too depending on how your skills evolve,plus your current unique will probably evolve.

Clayman didn't get any new skills nor did his race change. The anime added that Rimuru wanted to release the souls but the souls were converted to magicules so Clayman could grow stronger anyway. I GUESS that counts as releasing them. Regardless they may clarify more next episode. And here we go again with the anime that does not explain anything. Yep, Milim is the daughter of Veldanava, the Star King Dragon. One of the true dragons and the strongest among them. When he was alive, he was the only being who was able to be stronger than Guy Crimson. About Milim being under control, never happened. One of her power resign in her eyes. She has a perfect view on everything she is watching, like an permanent ultra-appraisal. So she noticed the Demon Control curse in the same moment Frey presented the jewel to her, and she "accepted" it to fool Clayman, but she is totally immune to that kind of curses. Clayman is a member of the Moderate Jesters, the group of undead servants created by a previous demon lord, the Undead Lord Kazaream (he was resuscitated and now he is in the body of Yuuki's secretary, with that body but with Kazaream mind and memories). Laplace, Footman and Teare are specialized on combat, Clayman instead was created with the specific idea to be an "intellectual" and a leader. Created not to fighting but to lead an army. And those "Dragon Claws" are the weapon promised to Milim by Rimuru during the first season. They have the effect to suppress over 90% of the owner physical strength, so Milim was able to play and train with Rimuru, Gobta and the others without thinking about suppressing herself to not hurt them. And about the last scenes, yeah now Clayman did an half-awakening (he did not get enough souls for a full awakening) and he is stronger now, but still he is not a true demon lord, so he is way below Rimuru and all the others True Demon Lords. It's just that he is not controling his magicules like the others. If the other true demon lords don't control their magicules, they would influence the entire area (it's like Veldora, that in the past did not control his magic and all those magicules were able to insta-kill every monster and being below B-rank, if they were too close to him).

Among the ten Demon Lords there are 2 types, those awakened becoming true demon lords like guy crimson,milim, rimuru and those that are not like clayman, Frey, carrion and only proclaimed themselves demon lord by attaining power and control. Shion here was already boosted since she evolved as well and attained new levels of power that's why clayman was so easy. And clayman was stated to be really weak in terms of combat abilities because his skills are more used in covert and more concentrated in puppet and control. Anyone can gain the demon lord seed but there are demon lords which cannot be awakened like ramiris, dagruel. Although Ramiris in her prime was enough to keep guy crimson in check.

Clayman was a Demon Lord Seed, what Rimuru was before he completed the Harvest Festival. He had insufficient souls to achieve True Demon Lord/Awakened Demon Lord level. 300 years ago, when Clayman became a Demon Lord, he began hunting down Majin and monsters to steal their hearts (literally). Making them swear loyalty to him, he inscribed a curse onto their hearts, making them his eternal servants (That's what he did to Mjurran before Rimuru gave her a new heart). He also used there souls to create his puppets. After being manipulated by Rimuru into pseudo-awakening himself, which released the souls. It's only a temp awakening without the souls to fuel it. Small Spoiler: Clayman is DOOMED. - call me Captain Obvious.

Also, when guy said she had a plan, the plan was that he'd give order to her to kill all demon lords n expose that he wanted to do that while also exposing to others he wanted to control her. Someone who has ultimate skills (rimuru has 4) has to have mental fortitude strong enough to develop the unique ones and hence need a spell of that caliber to have a small chance at controlling them, obviously the necklace isn't at the level of ultimate skill (eg, Raphael is ultimate skill)

Actually being a Light novel reader, veldora isn't stronger than Milim especially when she is using her ultimate skill wrathful king Satan and mana breed reactor. She also has her battle mode. The longer she fights the stronger she gets. Most people that say veldora is stronger are manga reader or just base it off the fact that veldora is one of true dragons. But milim inherited most of veldanava powers. Veldanava was way way way overpowered. Not even all demon lords and true dragons could beat him

He didn't exactly awaken as a true demon lord, the "voice of the world" gave him power because of his determination and will to fight. The voice of the world is the law that gives out announcements and carries the will of the world. As well as grant wishes to those that are "worthy" (have power, influence, a will to fight on, etc.)

The anime doesn't do good job elaborating on certain concepts in Tensura so I'll summarize so people don't start thinking Clayman is fodder. Firstly in Tensura there TWO main systems of ranking power. Threat Levels and Freedom Guild Rankings. Threats Levels are tiers that denote destructive capabilities of majin, monsters, demon lords, etc through energy evaluation (one's magicules/mana). Freedom Guild Rankings are similar except its an F - Special S letter listing. Making slightly more specific but ranges of power in each tier only get larger. *Hazard Class:* Capable of wiping villages, towns, and possibly threatening small nations. (Rimuru before being named) *Calamity Class:* Capable of wiping out cities and threatening to collapse the stability of a nation. *Disaster Class:* Typically reserved for Demon Lords. A threat beyond any small nation. Larger nations would need expend everything to stand a chance. *Catastrophe Class:* Applied to some Demon Lords. But mainly referring to True Dragons, like Veldora. *A threat to all of humanity, whom have no hope of stopping it. Capable of destroying the planet.* Recap: I'm lowballing for everything under Hazard. Maybe even Hazard as well when you think of Shuna and Hakuro. Hazard = Small Town - City+ Calamity = Mountain - Large Island+ Disaster = Small Country - Continental+ Catastrophe = Multi-Continental - Planetary There's more I could go into but for Clayman this means he was capable of wiping out Tempest by himself. Which isn't surprising since Karion's Beast Roar is designed for wiping out armies and cities. If Rimuru didn't evolve, and Clayman decided to embrace his routes he would've bodied Tempest. Rimuru would've been fine because he was already Disaster Class and approaching Karion's level. What's worse though it that Clayman could've controlled everyone with Demon Marionette, possibly Rimuru himself.

In the future rimuru will going to be stronger than now. In here milim is stronger than rimuru because one thing the difference in species , milim is a dragon race and rimuru is a slime race. But for me i think rimuru can toe to toe with milim if he get serious, remember he doesnt want to hurt milim he just want to undo the spell.

Clayman's awakening is an incomplete one, so although he did evolve into a True Demon Lord he did not get all the perks that come with being one. If Rimuru became 10x more powerful after his evolution, Clayman only got a fraction of what Rimuru got.

The title "Demon Lord" is more like a political status in Tensura, on the other hand, "True Demon Lord" or "Awakened Demon Lord" is a species of high evolution with an existence recognized by the world itself. One can only awaken as a true demon lord after meeting several specific requirements, in which case the harvest festival (aquisition of human souls) shall commence. True demon lords are the highest and, in most cases, most powerful amongst monsters. But there exists another class called "Demon Lord Seed". They are being that have met the necessary requirements to start the harvest festival but have not yet evolved into a true demon lord. The orc disaster that Rimuru fought during season 1 was one such being. Carrion, Frey, and Clayman, for example, are demon lord's in status but they are not true demon lords, they are what's known as "demon lord-level" monsters, they are strong monsters that have enough strength to be recognized by humans as demon lords, but not powerful enough to fight against a true demon lord. Rimuru, Milim, and Guy are examples of true demon lords. All 3 of them are recognized by the world as true demon lords, went through the harvest festival, and have acquire immense power to rule over high-level monsters.

Because they follow the light novel. Fuse ironed the details out when he released the light novel. According to him, the light novel is plenty different from the web novel and will be the canon storyline. He cleared power levels, added antagonists and changed some smaller details so we cannot infer to the web novel anymore. At least until the walpurgis arc forward.
