we lost our little dog last May, she lived a long happy life. She LOVED Christmas!!! She would get so excited over presents under the tree and she would also unwrap her presents. Her name was Holly, totally fitting lol Love seeing another dog get excited like this!!!! thanks for sharing this. We still have 2 wonderful dogs but Christmas will never be the same without her

This reminds me of when we went to mom and dad's for Christmas way back and mom said to bring everyone. I brought my 2 cats and the 2 cockatiels with me for Christmas. We had the cokatiels cage near a window so they could see outside. They loved being perched on the top of the cage. So Christmas morning, we all gather in the living room, adults and cats. Then we hear Sweetpea screaming pretty pretty bird as he and Babygirl coming running to the livingroom to be included with the Christmas festivities. Someone screams watch out for the cats. The birds went straight to humans and climbed on them. The cats were so confused because sweetpea could talk. I have a picture of mom with cat on her lap and a bird on her chest.

We lost both our miniature longhair dachshunds this year . Sugarfoot our female passed away on May 31. Then Gunner’s Coal passed away on Dec 16 before we left to drive to Virginia to spend Christmas with our youngest son and his family.

@@Channel23--Awen Thank you the two of them were our babies Sugarfoot was 13 years old when she passed Gunner’s Coal was 14 years old. He was 6 months old older than she was. They were not brother and sister. He was bought at the pet store in our local mall. She was bought from a breeder in Michigan.

Soo cute!!! My dog opened hers too! U sound like me, get the tag no help her!!!! 😂😂😂 My pup got one toy that had 30 Squeakys in it!!!!! It's hard when they have restrictions. My doggy have SEVERE skin allergies. (And I mean SEVERE) It's hard between medications & finding things she can have, I've been making her treats for awhile now cuz I can't find them with NO chicken at all...
