In floor heating is perfect! I have that now and would hate not to have it now I'm used to it. So nice! Too much darn land at my age, sadly. Very nice place.

I’m staying this weekend in one of our rental units in Montepulciano. We took out some awful commercial terra cotta tiles from the 80’s and put in beautiful thick travertine that is locally sourced. I wish we could have put in floor heating. I’m here to tell you that these floors are cold as Heck! It’s 0°C outside today.
