I love how you do not waste time in this video. I needed a short and to the point recipe and this fits the bill. I just made the filling, it's amazing, but I did add a couple of dashes of salt to bring out the richness of the flavor. Getting ready to make the horns. First time!

I've a friend whom makes pastries and desserts from Italy and Spain, as his family' roots goes back centuries in just those type of businesses.. so of course, he mentioned Cannoncini's and now, I find this... and am dying to try my hand at making them. Thank you for posting this.

@@museluvr the video is a instructional video, it's a pretty important step for someone LEARNING, so a no brainer not quite for a non baker, as most ppl watching are novice at best trying to get better, your insult is pretty low and petty but thanks for the material for reddit r/gatekeeping, combined with your other post of "your Italian friends century old businesses comment etc" it's been a great laugh, but the led without a thought comment, b**** plz you comment without thought so you need to take a damn seat, take all the seats for that mouth

Regardless of the other comment, it's not a no brainer because some baking recipes do and some do not call for greasing pans before baking. Thanks for the important tip.

I have made this twice but my custard are always running even if I left it in the fridge overnight what am I doing wrong?

If it's too runny try adding 30-50gr of room temperature butter after refregerated and than beat up with hand mixer until combined. It should work 😊🤗

What can I use instead of the aluminum cones, I was thinking heavyweight foil??

I’ve never tried with that. For the shape it should work. You might have to spray and grease well so it won’t get stuck to it.

Most likely puff pastry dough from the store. But who knows?

The cream is way too runny. No way it stays firm in the horns.

Oh sorry it didn’t work out! Just to make sure ... the cream needs to be refrigerated and will harden when cold. Hope this helps!

Why wouldn't you use constancy instead of flour it gives it such a pasty tasting cream it is so passed try it with constancy instead of flour next time and you will see the difference
