It’ll get decluttered when they move out! 🤣. And yes you could add a shower. There would be no restrictions modifying the interior of this house, and there’s no way that wall is loadbearing so you could just enlarge the bathroom and put in a nice shower and have a nice guest room with a fireplace. That’s what I would do. And I don’t think it would cost more than 15 or €20,000 to bring the whole thing up to snuff.

But right here around Sarteano? All real estate is local. We live not too far away in Montepulciano and you couldn’t find a house like this within 5km of town for the asking price. Also remember that I always show the asking price. I’ve seen stuff sell for 20% less or even 25% less. I’m not saying that’s the case in this house, but it’s just the price the owner has put it on the market for. Thanks for the comment! -Brad

I went to college in the San Fernando valley at CSUN! Anyway, according to my friend there this would be about $4M there now. He sent me a listing of a small shack in Encino that was $980,000! 🤯

Why? Why? Would anyone want to sell it? As for the olives recent production on the island of Crete has been 4 kilos of olives to one liters of oil. As for the girls themselves that method of trimming is a proper way to keep them trimmed but they will produce a full crop every other year. One issue is the fruit fly that can decimate a whole crop if one does not take proactive measures with environmentally friendly measures to control them. Medium Trimming should be done during the harvest while heavy trimming should occur just as the cold season of winter passes. We fertilize the trees mid winter with the winter rains with an organic certified fertilizer. Now harvest times and trimming times will vary from region to region and country to country. If you really want to see nothing but olives, take a long ride from Madrid south to Toledo. As far as you can see olive trees everywhere.

@@BradsWorld people here in the south of Europe have passed a family home on to one of their children, I have seen homes here that have been occupied by the same family for at least four generations. In the states most children move on to where their job takes them and most parents look for themselves and sell the home to move into a condo or an elderly independent living facility.

Really nice, but above my budget. 😊 Definitely add a pool!!! Gorgeous views & so quiet!! Add an outside shower with the pool, too. That apt could be a pool house with the bathroom. Add an "outside" kitchen & maybe a pooltable inside. Or some lounging furniture if you need to get out of the sun.

No problem! We had actually wanted to see it ourselves as a possible candidate for our personal home here. It was nice but not quite right for us. We have a house now we found we want to buy but have to sell our US house first. 🙄

Yup! It needs a pool. It sounds like it's a bit chili there for me, though. It's about 110°f here right now, although I don't go to the pool on weekends. To many noisy kids. Ciao

@BradsWorld I don't go out running around in it to much anymore at my age, but I really love low humidity. It can get down to 4%. They are predicting to top 110° in a few days. Do you ever watch "Pasta Grammar"? Their latest video had them in Genova. It looks like a fabulous city and not many tourists. If you made a video there, I'd watch it. 😆 Ciao
